LPD Doors Recenzje

Our folding patio doors from LPD Doors served us well from 2012 until 2025 when they needed repainting. Unfortunately the decorator broke the glass in one of the doors. We then discovered that the doors are manufactured in such a way that the glass cannot be replaced. There is no beading like a normal window. LPD will not replace the door because it's a discontinued line. So it's necessary to get a bespoke door made by a joiner or replace the whole doorset. So bear in mind, these folding doors may be cheap, but if the glass ever breaks, you will pay the price again.

All very efficient

I haven't unwrapped the doors but they look nice. They were delivered on time by a very helpful guy.

Very satisfied with my door purchase. Initially uncertain about online system but unable to purchase locally so ordered from LPD Doors. Very simple to order and pay and door delivered three days later. The door is good quality and the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

Very satisfied with service, delivered on time, doors are excellent quality, thank you.

The communication was excellent, the driver phoned to say he was going to be just over an hour earlier than expected and wanted to make sure I was in. The driver was polite, and very helpful and an absolute credit to LPD.

Ordered 12 Farley white primed doors through direct doors express, ten 30 inch width and two 27 inch width. Unfortunately the doors were supplied by lpd doors who sent doors by two different manufacturers and so the paintwork finish is completely different. The 30 inch doors are primed as expected the 27 inch doors have a high gloss sheen to them and looks like it won't paint or adhere. When we asked lpd doors to supply the doors we ordered we were advised to give the doors a good sand and the finish would be the same. If I wanted two different finished doors I would have ordered two different finished doors.

Delivery was sooth and the driver was very pleasant. Great to have someone who cares

Fast delivery and great price for the door. The delivery driver provided good service and very helpful.

The doors were delivered on time and in good order.
I would have given 5 stars but the driver attended alone. These doors were a pair of fire doors which are heavy. He told my wife that his instructions were to deliver these doors’kerb side’. Fortunately, he managed to carry them in to our house.
If deliveries dictate ‘kerb side only’, this should be made clear as my wife would not have been able to bring the doors inside on her own.

Fabulous doors, quality and price, delivery was prompt and delivery man very polite, would recommend and definitely purchase more doors.

packing and delivery absolutely atrocious just had a delivery last week from LPD doors leeds the door was orderd through homebase/wilko/range 3 weeks ago the delivery arrived by LPD own transport the packaging was torn and the door exposed scratchers every were rails with chunks of mdf taken out.WHY TRY TO DELIVER IT.its now been another week week without a update.

The delivery man Brian was exemplary .. extremely helpful

Difficult delivery with taxis everywhere at excel … he managed to find a space to park and carried the door for me

And was keen that I was happy with everything … thank you !

A great product, good communication with delivery company and the driver who delivered the door was very helpful .

The communication between the company and myself prior to delivery was excellent, I knew exactly when I needed to be at home.
The delivery was on time and the helpful driver helped carry my delivery into the garage. Fantastic service.

The driver was so lovely. He put the door in the safest place in my Close. Not a mark on the packaging. That was surprising as its raining so bad outside. We are just coming into the second half of a big storm. Would recommend you guys to everyone. The door price was unreal. Living in rented accommodation I wanted something that matched the 1970’s doors I already have. It’s just beautiful. Totally over the moon. On ebay too. Go find them

Doors are good quality and a decent price. However company doesn’t seem to be able to follow simple instructions.

Doors weren’t delivered on day they were supposed to be due to van breaking down, fair enough, happens to the best of us. Was asked when I want them to be re delivered asked for the next Friday or Monday as those are my days off. Got told I’d receive a text with the reconfirmed delivery time the night before.

Next day doors turn up at 8.30AM while I’m asleep after a night shift. No warning, no text, driver banging on the door. He was told to deliver them the next day so obviously no communication between the office and the delivery personal. Frustrating.

Kept up to date with delivery details and a pleasant helpful driver

Great, hassle-free purchase! The door arrived exactly when expected, and the driver was friendly and polite. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased with the overall experience.
