Ordered x2 radiators - communication with Tanyka about the products was good/efficient, with delivery on time. Radiators not fitted yet, but would recommend based on my experience so far.

You state in your reply that the the advert for the reducers I ordered stated the sizes were 15mm to 3/8ths.
Please explain the advert you have for reducers that clearly state 15mm to 17mm - product ref C00457 ?

Further to my response on your previous review, the product description for CO0457 does state 15mm to 17mm, we are not disputing this. Some companies will call this 3/8inch, some will call this 17mm. Both measurements are listed on our website and the product that was returned was measured to confirm this was the correct size as listed.

Ordering was good but not the delivery
Ordering was good , but the delivery took way too long. We have to pay for the plumber to come again to fit the radiator. So bad delivery time.

The part I sent for was so small that it could've been sent by royal mail as large letter not by courier which took ages and cost much more

Very helpfully obtained VAT relief for…
Very helpfully obtained VAT relief for disabled and while it had to be paid initially, getting it refunded was quick and easy.
The drop down grab rail was well made and good quality. Delivery was fine as well.

Unfortunately I have found Low Cost…
Unfortunately I have found Low Cost Plumbing Supplies poor to deal with.
I originally posted a review on their own website which initially praised the company itself but I was disappointed in the product itself (Atlantis PVC Panels). Being a tradesman I buy thousands of pounds of materials monthly for kitchens and bathrooms and need a dependable and prompt business to deal with. Unfortunately I've found this particular business failing in most if not all areas of interest. Firstly after ordering materials I was then later informed some items were not in stock (despite showing otherwise on website). I see I not alone here in having this same issue.
I didn't have a major issue with this as the communication was prompt and appreciate these things can happen however I do find it a shady business practice to accept money for items not on the books and pass on that inconvenience to the end user. In this circumstance the items were not critical to the job starting and could follow later but it's not on to withhold this information from the buyer.
My original review was not published on their own website and this is main reason for airing my grievances as I believe if it was a positive review it would have been published quickly.
I also believe that the company will follow up to my review here and attempt to explain away this fact by blaming a technical error to why the review was not published. At this stage I just find it hard to believe as my trust has been eroded and if it is then it's incompetence at best.
It is ashame as I was generally positive and did appreciate the communications in email and upto that point would have had future dealings. However I do not appreciate "whitewashing" of reviews and reading through some of the other low reviews here I can see a common theme emerging.
I urge you to avoid doing business with this company.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for part of the order not being available. Our website is not fully stock controlled due to the volume of products we sell and not having the capacity to physically hold the stock in our warehouse. We appreciate that an accurate stock level is a better service to provide and this is something we are working towards, with many of our suppliers now providing us with a live stock feed which updates daily. Sadly, in the instance of your order these products were not from a supplier we receive a stock feed from.
Secondly, in regards to the product review our customer care team have explained that these type of reviews are monitored once a month due to the small volume we receive so we apologise this hasn't been responded to. However, our service reviews and customer service inbox are monitored and responded to daily. Our returns information advises that reporting any issues regarding service or product should be brought to the attention of our customer service team. Had we been contacted via our customer service channel to advise of any product issues, our team could have looked into this.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and I appreciate we have not met the level you expect or that we aim to provide. I can see there is now an on-going conversation with the request of photos to look into this issue further, so we expect a resolution in due course. We appreciate your feelings of disappointment and do of course respect your views. Your concerns have now been raised to the correct departments.
