I think this company has gone bust. Took my money and no correspondence other than acknowledgement email about order and order number. I’m now disputing this with my bank, luckily paid with credit card. Shocking. I used them in the past and they were great.

Avoid. Wish I had read these reviews before throwing my money down the drain. No sling delivered no response to chase emails or messenger emails no phone number thanks for wasting my money as a new mum. Professional scammers

My order just does't get shipped. It's been over a month now. I asked to get money back, but no reaction from the company.

AVOID! Rip off company that take your money and don’t send the goods!

Ordered no order number or confirmation. Waited afew days and contacted...no reply. Waited afew more and emailed...no reply. Raised a dispute with my bank.

Didn't process my wife's refund. Needed to get a chargeback from credit card company. Strange things also like not receiving an order number.

Makes me think any good reviews on here are from bots.

Placed an order on Friday for a pre-school carrier. The website said the item was IN STOCK and offered free 48 hour postage. The website states orders are dispatched the same day they're received and it counts Saturday as a working day. It is now Wednesday and I haven't received the item. I contacted the company who said it will be 1-2 weeks before they dispatch it because they have to order it from abroad; not the definition of 'in stock'! I then found multiple other negative reviews where people waited months to receive their order, or never received it at all, and also hadn't received refunds. I need the carrier for this weekend, but that is looking extremely unlikely. I wish I had brought directly from Lenny Lamb. Don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered a wrap which I needed for Christmas. I ordered it on the 4th December, as I had previously been told by the company it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they said it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. I cancelled my order and was promised a full refund.

Since then I email every couple of weeks. Either there is no answer, or the answer is a very helpful version of "we've escalated this and your refund should be with you within X days". The refund has never arrived, it has been 6 weeks now.

Fraudulent company. Customer service strung me along for months and never sent my baby ring sling. £90 wasted and months without a carrier. Avoid at all costs!!

Failed to provide order and after saying shipments were delayed they stopped responding to my emails. Will now have to report fraud to the bank.

Ordered and paid for baby sling 29th November 2025.
After numerous emails chasing whereabouts, and lack of response.
Placed order directly with supplier in Sweden (which was also £15.00 cheaper). Sling arrived from Sweden two weeks later.
Cancelled order and requested refund on 5th January 2026.
As of today 23.01.2026 and further emails requesting refund still no response.
NOT AN EXPERIENCE OTHER'S SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH.

Ordered a mamalila jacket from them nov 19th, 2-3weeks delivery. I contacted them giving them more than 3 weeks. Colin was emailing me saying it didn't arrive on time, after countless weeks of being told that it would come in the next weeks’ delivery.
I messaged them for a refund, no reply, its been a week now and no update. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the hassle and all the stress. I will email them again next week and will take the legal way of doing things.

Horrendous! Fraudulent company.
Ordered a coat. Received no confirmation email. I sent an email asking when it would arrive after waiting 10 days. I received a response saying the coats are imported and usually arrive within 1-2 weeks and it would be sent to me within 24 hours, tracked. It was not. 6 weeks later, no coat and no refund. I was told I would receive a refund 3 weeks ago.

Order straight from Germany if you’re after the Mamalia coat.

ordered a baby carrier on 23rd November. The following day, I received an email saying they were waiting for it to come back into stock. They offered an alternative model, but as I was told it would only be around two weeks until it was available, I chose to wait.
I received update emails up until the week before Christmas. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to any correspondence, despite me trying every available contact channel. The item now appears to be in stock on their website, yet I have received no response, dispatch confirmation, or tracking information.
I have now raised the issue with my bank, as it seems unlikely I will hear from them again.

I did my research and chose this carrier specifically for my new baby. It is extremely disappointing and upsetting that a company would treat customers—particularly new parents—in this way.

Ordered a mamalia jacket a month ago, stated as in stock and 1-2 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks passed and it took 2 emails to get a response which was that there had been delays in getting the jacket (so not in stock). Another 2 weeks and no further contact. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying from this company as it looks like I'll have to try and get my money back via my credit card company.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a baby wearing coat with attachments for a maternity and baby carrier. The item appeared as in stock and estimeted delivery was 5-7 working days. I ordered well in advance at around 5 months pregnant to allow the item to arrive in plenty of time for use throughout the third trimester. The item didn't arrive for two weeks and when I chased I was told it would arrive in their depot by the end of the week. This happened 3 times and after over a month with no sign of delivery I requested a refund and purchased the same coat direct from the manufacturer which arrived within a week. More than 14 days later and despite chasing there is no sign of a refund so I am more than £200 out of pocket with a baby arriving in just over 2 months and Christmas looming. I have raised a dispute with my bank and just glad I paid with a credit card. Shame on this company for scamming expectant parents who have enough on their plate already

Order never received. Customer service kept promising it would be in the next order. Ended up cancelling PayPal payment. Awful customer service and never got product.

I would give the company naught stars if I could. I feel scammed! I ordered a baby carrier in Sep which stated in stock. Then I waited and waited nothing came. So I emailed and they said it wasn't in stock it would be a couple of weeks. Long story short I cancelled the order for a refund. But I still haven't not my money back even now and it's December! I've reported them to Klarna so hopefully I'll get my money. Please dont buy from them, it's been so stressful.

Just don’t use these people.
We sent something back that didn’t fit and we were lucky we paid by PayPal otherwise wouldn’t have got our money back, as they went into hiding and we spent 4 weeks trying to get an answer and refund.

Item never arrived as apparently out of stock. Emailed several times but unfortunately the company has stopped replying after they said they would refund in full. I still have not got my money back for an item I paid for more than four weeks ago. I raised a dispute with my bank.
