Ordered boots on Monday Lovell sports emailed and said I’ll get them by Tuesday it says they have been delivered but I haven’t received my order this is disgusting I’ve emailed over 3 times already and have not got one response from anyone this will be first and last time ordering!!! STAY AWAY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered some boots on the 8 November and received an email acknowledging order and payment taken.
No issues so far and excited about getting some new boys.
Heard nothing else so on the Tuesday 18 November emailed customer service to chase, received email reply on the Friday 23rd November telling me no longer in stock and a refund had at that point not been arranged.
Apologised and assured refund with 3-5 working days.
Today is day 4, somehow no confidence it will be in my bank anytime soon.
Will never use them again and disappointed at the poor customer service.

I have ordered 5items on the 16 and paid £9.99 for next day delivery but only received 1 item hoping other items will follow but till today nothing and I’ve been trying to contact Lovell but no luck! Evri’s fault I think but as items appear as delivered but I didn’t get the 4 items I’m so frustrated please help

I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago, I haven’t received any confirmation of shipping. I can’t find any phone number for the company. I tried contacting them via the online form last week and haven’t had a reply. After reading all of these reviews, I don’t think I’m getting my shoes!

I ordered a pair a Rugby boots for my lads birthday following 12 months of rehabilitation after an ACL and Meniscus injury. As Evri are Lovells chosen delivery solution they obviously lost the order in typical Evri fashion. Lovells Customer Service failed to react to 3 attempts to contact them to allow them to get a pair of boots to me ahead of his birthday and 3 days after his birthday expected me to wait up to a further 10 days to get my refund. It was more than a pair of boots it was the gateway to getting him back on the field. Opportunity lost. You only got 1 start as there isnt an option for less.

I ordered 2 packs of Adidas underwear this morning. I paid via Clearpay. I have since received an email confirming my order has been cancelled and it will take up to 10 days for a refund. On just checking the item is still being shown as in stock !!! Avoid stick with the well known sports shops

Impossible to speak to someone none of the phone numbers work, have sent e mails no reply, placed an order but they have sent me the wrong item, don’t see why I should pay to return it as not my fault, hope if they do finally reply I get the postage I had to pay when I ordered the item to be sent out, and a free returns label, wrong item came quickly, pity customer services are not as quick to respond, not happy

I ordered ultra boost trainers in size 5.5, they arrived the wrong colour as described and too big. I ordered another pair of ultra boost but size 5. These were too small! I have returned them both by recorded delivery on 13/11/25 via royal mail and they were signed for on 14/11/25.
I have not received any communication from LS.
Wish i had read the reviews before purchasing. I also didn't realise LS is an arm of Sports Direct!

Awful! Lovel sports will NOT refund you. Worst thing is, they have told me that my refund is on its way when it isn’t. They don’t reply via email and you can’t contact them. SCAM!

I ordered a pair of rugby boots, once received we realised they had sent the incorrect boots. We contacted Lovell on the evening of the 25th October and returned the boots the following day.

The boots were received by Lovell on 01/11/2025, my refund has yet to be processed. I have contacted Lovell twice now and have yet to receive a response. We sent screenshots of Evri having successfully delivered the package. Would never use Lovell again - avoid if you can.

ordered a pair of Adidas Terrex Trainers…. paid for quicker delivery.. Almost a week after they are being ‘packed for shipping’

I’m emailing asking for an update…. Next thing payment returned with no email or explanation etc.
Pretty poor C/S and terrible communication!
Also having to hunt their website for the contact form is a pain!

Your member got in touch a week after the review was written and after i had sorted my refund 🫣🤣

Now I work in an industry that relies on good reviews and I know how much receiving a bad review can hurt. Writing this is not a decision I’ve taken lightly. Your ‘new’ website contact form does not work on mobile. Your contact details are impossible to find. Your response to the contact form I completed on desktop took days and despite answering your question promptly you now won’t respond and I’ve had to chase (still no response). I ordered three items, two of which arrived, one did not. I’ve chased the outstanding item but now no longer need it because it was meant for this weekend and wish to cancel it. I’m getting no response so you still have my money and I don’t have the goods. Please respond to my email.

Item came next day, everything correct. I paid 9.99 for next day delivery with DPD but it turned out to be EVRI. I had almost changed my delivery address to a DPD collection point but luckily I didn’t or it would have caused a lot of confusion. With EVRI the trick is to make your delivery point an EVRI collection point as soon as that email comes through change your delivery address to a collection point and they are actually pretty good but they rarely deliver on a Saturday. All good from Lovell sports and I will order again but they should make it clear it’s an EVRI delivery and not DPD as stated or some people will end up waiting days for their order.

I’m wondering if this company employs anyone other than the people who take orders and ship them, because I ordered a product that is completely different from what was shown in the picture. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t received any reply for five days, so as a matter of principle, I’ll report this case to the ombudsman and contact my bank to cancel the payment — this is a joke.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from Lovell.
Do not waste your money with this company, it’s not worth the hassle. I got a delivered notification, but I haven’t received my parcel, the “proof” of delivery was just a black picture of nothing. I have tried contacting Evri and Lovell to find out where it is, but neither are responding. Shocking customer service from both. I now have to go through the rigmarole of trying to get my money back through my bank.

Ordered trainers on 16th October, they’ve taken my money but so far I’ve not received the order or any indication of when I’m going to receive it.
Terrible customer service, I’ve sent numerous emails and I’ve had one holding email in response.
I’ve asked for a refund, still no response.

I had ordered a hoodie for my daughter, but needed to return it. I returned via Royal Mail as advised and made sure I paid for signed for. I didn't receive any communication through the returns process. I checked the Royal Mail tracked and could see that it had been received and signed for 3 days after I had sent it. I contacted them through a contact form as there is no information on how to contact them( no email or contact number) and a week later received an email saying I would have a refund within 5 to 10 days. I found this shocking, at this point they had already received the parcel 3 weeks previous and it took me to get in contact to actually get the refund.

9th October order placed for £16:99, confirmed purchase email recieved. Within 30 minutes a second email recieved stating order cancelled and money refunded within 10 days. Now 23rd October 25 and still no refund. Went back onto the site and it appears everyone else was in the same boat. Clearly collecting names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers and possible card details. Speaking to my bank later

Avoid Ordering from Sondico – Poor Service and No Returns
I ordered two items online from Sondico, and the experience has been very disappointing. The website clearly stated that returns were accepted and that a return label would be included with the order. However, no return label was provided.

Both items were very small and of poor quality. I tried contacting the company through the email they provided to request a return label or return address, but I never received a response.
Now I’m stuck with items I can’t use and no way to return them. I do not recommend ordering from Sondico.
