Wrong product over and over.
Ordered an NRL training top. Wrong colour was sent. Contacted customer services to say I’ve been sent wrong item, so they send another once I’ve returned the incorrect product (at my own inconvenience). The new product sent is also the wrong colour. I contact them again to say you’ve sent the wrong item for a second time. Told they can’t check what stock they have as they’re not based at the warehouse as if it’s impossible for them to contact the warehouse that supplies them. I ask if they only have this colour I will keep but would rather what I actually ordered. Nothing they can do to say if they have what I originally ordered - why they can’t contact their own suppliers is beyond me. They send me a returns label that I will have to do at my own inconvenience again even though I said I’d rather keep than return if they don’t have what I ordered - this seems to just have been completely ignored. Just contact your suppliers and find out what you have.

Thank you for ten years of service for my family's rugby boots
Well after using Lovell Rugby for years both my sons play rugby, So I have bought boot and protective wear for the last ten years ,I never thought about running trainers, I was surprised to see that they had an offer on trainers for my eldest son 16 years old so mens sizes, as always the payment is simple and as in the past the delivery will be prompt and efficient,in ten years only ever had one problem with a pair of Adidas boots that was a manufacturing problem and Lovell changed the boots without any problems ,Thank you again Lovell Rugby for ten years of service ,

Last year i made a purchase
Last year i made a purchase, with shipping to uruguay.
Customs of Uruguay rejected the purchase because of a customs policy.
I asked Lovell to help me with the return of the purchase, and they did.

They sent two items which were different to the ones displayed on the website. For two weeks, I have tried using the chatbot (during their office hours, which kept saying it was offline),their online ticket system and emails. For two weeks I have had no response from the company and £40 out of pocket.

Good experience overall
Filters aren’t good and when sorted anything low to high when in the ‘rugby boot’ section a bucket load of football boots come up first, and not Canterbury ones which was the section I was in. So it took way longer.

I struggle with the delivery times from the company. This is the second time I have paid for next day delivery and it takes 3 days.
