Sent a top that was absolutely nothing like what I ordered and paid for. Completely different style. Just sent me any old crap basically eh. Tried emailing to get a return / refund, ignored. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys.

We have had a dreadful experience.
Lovell sent us the wrong boots ( a cheaper version than the one ordered but charged at the price of the better ones) and I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions, but they have not responded. Also, the complaints helpline/customer services line is no longer working. A real shame....

Ordered a number of items on the 26th July (9798640) with a delivery date prior to or on Thursday 31st. The amount was pending in my account for a number of days and then disappeared, then a new amount appeared and was taken on 31st. I am assuming they didn't have an item.
At the time of writing this i have heard nothing from the business and currently over £40 down with nothing to show for it. I have that sinking feeling it is now going to be a long drawn out process to get my money back.

Update 07/08. Another item cancelled however they have now dispatched the last remaining one.
Still no acknowledgement to my emails that i sent them. 2 weeks wait for this. very poor.

Ordered a kids Lions shirt on 27th July. Got an email on 28th July to say issue with my payment. I’ve replied several times and tried to call but no response. Sent proof payment taken. No response. Having to take it up with my credit card company to get a refund.
No refund. No shirt. No contact.

Great pair of trainers at a competitive price. Shipped speedily with clear delivery window.

First time using this site, it was straight forward setting up my account, and the item I have purchased was at a great price compared to other sites. So far so good, but this seems like a place to visit for all my rugby needs.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Was supplied a product that broke after a single use. Lovell Rugby accepted that the product is faulty, however they require that the return is submitted to Sports Direct.

I have returned the item 3 times so far, on Lovell Rugby's instructions, but each time Sports Direct reject it. This has been going on for 2 months now, and I haven't been provided with either a replacement or a refund.

They do not provide a telephone number to contact, only an email. And each time they reply, they say they will contact you within 3 working days, but will never actually do it.
