Placed an order and a couple of hours…
Placed an order and a couple of hours later I was told the order is cancelled due to stock error. My issue is I now have to wait 5 working days for a refund!

Sent wrong boots twice
I ordered a pair of boots and got sent the wrong ones which we £21 cheaper, then I sent them back and ordered the same boots again and got sent the wrong ones i originally got sent again. This is really inconvenient and not good at all as I needed them for a Academy League rugby match

10% deceptive charge on returned Item
When I returned a pair of trainers (17 GBP) that was defectively small for its size, the company kept 10% of the item's price as a charge, and I only received 15.30 GBP in refund to my account.
Nowhere was I informed about this when I placed the order or in the support pages on the website. I find this unacceptable when I already have to pay for the initial delivery fee (4.99 GBP), as well as the return delivery fee.
The 10% return charge was not communicated to me in any capacity, and no one has ever explained the charge to me in email or in person. I find this unacceptable and I deeply regret shopping at this website.
