My daughter told me about this company. I'm so glad she did. We found the showroom pleasant to walk around without pushy sales people. When we did require help our sale's lady, Syka, could not have done enough for us. She was helpful and knowledgeable and we would certainly recommend Loomloft

Bought a sofa from Syka at Loftloom yesterday and what an enjoyable experience it was. Syka was so knowledgeable and friendly, it was truly a refreshing change not to feel pressured into buying. Would definitely visit this beautiful shop again soon.

We visited the Clitheroe store in mid May looking for a Sofa. We ordered a sofa the same day. We were told at the time that we were looking at 15 weeks wait for delivery due to the current circumstances. I have been contacted 3 times since purchasing my sofa to say that the delivery has been delayed. Again today I have been contacted after being told it was expected on the 4th of October that it has been delayed again until the 15th of November. Even if it arrives in November we would have been waiting 6 months for this Sofa. If I had of known this at the time I would not have purchased a sofa from this store.

Fantastic service received at Loom Loft in Clitheroe, Syka was fab in helping me to choose the right sofa for the colours I wanted and the space that I had and I certainly wouldn’t have walked out of the store that day having ordered a sofa without her help! Syka also provided me with her contact mobile number so that I could get in touch as I was a bit unsure as to whether I wished to take out the Furniture Protection Cover, so rather than coming back into store to arrange this I have been able to simply text and confirm and she has already within minutes arranged this for me. Will definitely be returning for more furniture later in the year and can highly recommend 😊

Fantastic furniture, staff and service at loomloft 😊 Kirsty and Syka were brilliant at helping us choose the right sofa for our specific needs. Both ladies were so helpful and knowledgable, they spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got exactly the right requirements with our chosen sofa. Syka gave us her mobile number so that she could keep herself available when we went into the shop. We were given beverages and a voucher for a meal in the bistro. Loomloft have beautiful furnishings and very nice staff who are friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend visiting Loomloft 😊

What a gorgeous shop and wonderful staff. We are so so happy with our new furniture. Syka helped us select the perfect sofa for our family and home. We were given drinks, shown all the options and even offered amazing deals for items on the shop floor. We attended Loomloft in July looking for sofas for two reception rooms, & was approached by Syka (Senior Sales Advisor) who was immensely personable & enthusiastic. Syka arranged complimentary beverages & was happy to give us loads of time to to listen to our views & ideas. With Syka's wealth of experience & contemporary tastes, she suggested relevant sofas, fabric designs & colours. Syka was immensely helpful, attentitive to answer loads of questions from her experience and knowledge Syka gave us her number to follow up with any questions. We returned to the store on 02/08/21 & purchased two sofas.

Absolutely love this shop, the staff are incredibly helpful. The day i went in the store it was extremely busy, I was given a complimentary drink whilst i waited for Syka. The sofa's were of the highest quality and I was like a child in a sweet shop. Syka was very patient with me whilst i was indecisive on the right sofa for me. 3 hours later I bought my sofa, Syka displayed the patience of a saint and provided a fantastic knowledge around the products. P.S. The coffee is brill!! :)

What an amazing place. Stunning pieces of furniture. A massive ‘thank you’ to Syka who helped us purchase our sofas. Her knowledge was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication thought the discussions but not at all intrusive. The use of messaging was great. The shop is well worth a visit, as is the bistro. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Another great experience at Loom Loft! This is the second sofa I’ve purchased from here and the service was amazing. I had an in-depth sofa care introduction from Syka who clearly has lots of experience and is a credit to the Loom loft team. I’d definitely recommend visiting to have a look round and more importantly grabbing one of the best bacon rolls in the UK from the Loft Bistro upstairs!
