I wish I saw these reviews first! First tome I ever bought something off of an Instagram advertisement and definitely the last. It took forever to get these in the mail after sending four emails and multiple weeks they finally came in. Paid $100 (on sale) for one pair of booties that are definitely not made well and are very cheaply made. They are also from China which is not what they advertised. The show is also significantly smaller and don’t fit. DO NOT BUY.
I am going to try and return them but am scared to based on all of the other experiences other people have had.

Very Disappointing (Fell Apart after 3…
Very Disappointing (Fell Apart after 3 uses) DO NOT BUY!
Very disappointing, wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering!
I was informed 4 weeks after purchasing when they would arrive and that they were not coming from Portugal but Ningbo China.
Wore them a total of 3 times, they simply fell apart, the sole came away from the shoe, leaving them unusable.
They seem very happy to start the return process that leads to me having to pay the cost of the shoes themselves to return them.
After reading previous reviews I worry the refund will not be honoured, as it seems many others have experienced.

Very happy with my purchase and experience
My boots are just gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. The quality of leather is good and they are well made. The customer service team were also very responsive and helpful. I contacted them twice and both times I received a reply same day which addressed my questions perfectly. I will certainly be buying again from this company.

Be careful, this is a scam. The products are nothing like on the pictures. Their quality is horrible. You need to pay to return them back to China and the company claims that they never received them. BE CAREFUL!

From start to finish, a nightmare
From start to finish, this was a nightmare of a transaction. The product was shipped many weeks after promised delivery, and when the order (2 pairs of boots) arrived from China, the quality was extremely shabby. When I tried to return the products, it took several weeks for the authorized return labeling to be e-mailed, and though I returned the boots promptly, and the USPS confirmed their delivery to a storage locker in Tampa, FL, I did not receive a refund, despite 3 e-mails. It took filing a grievance with PayPal to resolve the issue. Fortunately, PayPal took care of everything in just 72 hours. This is totally a "virtual" front for an enterprise with no inventory, no capital (except yours), no infrastructure, and no customer service. Only a threat from PayPal motivated them to respond.

I do not recommend this site. I very rarely leave a review on certain businesses but I felt I must share my experience to reduce further inconvenience from web users. This site sells Chinese merchandise, ships directly from China. I paid $120 for a leather boots and the shoes came looked like $20 worth plastic one with bad chemical smell you can't even find it Bogo store. I requested a refund..and it is taking me more than 2 months to get a refund. I still have not received my refund after purchasing on black friday 2020, today is mid Jan of 2021. This is some BS redic

This company is dreadful
This company is dreadful. Steer clear of them. They take your money, take weeks to deliver the product and then trying to return them and get a refund is practically impossible. I am trying to be patient but that is quickly running out.

I cant comment on the quality of shoes…
I cant comment on the quality of shoes but I ordered at the beginning of Dec.
I did get the tracking eventually. Its been 3 weeks and no arrival and I contacted customer service. I understand it is COVD and Christmas time. I needed these for a funeral and because of my finances at the moment because of this I explained that I would like a refund. They gave me a refund within a couple of hours. I appreciate this as I need the money to look after family. Thankyou.

Money lost! Havent recieved shoes, no mone return
I mean their service is not even horrible, its disgusting! No respond, the s***t on the custemers as hell!
I havent recieved one pare of shoes+I cant send one pare back! They dont return my money, they dont respond on my e-mail... I have just lost my money for 2 pare of shoes: one I havent even recieved. They betray customers! I lost more than 150 Euros and its pretty much money! I just advice everybody: google and read about places/websites where you make your order. If I had googled them before I made a purchase, I would have never ordered anything from their website.
Anyways I should say I wear one pare of shoes that I have ordered and I like the quality, I like how they are made and thats it with the posivite sites of this "company".

IT’S A FRAUD
IT’S A FRAUD! Don’t buy from them!
Delivery was supposed to be in 2-7 days and had to wait for a month. Since it was supposed to be a gift for a friend and they arrived too late I no longer needed them. However to return them I had to pay for the delivery!! Even though it was their fault that they were sent too late! Plus the quality is awful- made with the cheapest plastic and the smell is bad!
The customer service is also useless.
I’m so disappointed and angry because they really sell lies!

We do offer free exchanges for Canada, USA, and Europe and we do the option of prepaid return shipping labels for the aforementioned regions in case the customer wishes to obtain a refund. As for the quality, I can assure you that our items are made with genuine second layer cowhide leather. While not first layer cowhide, this is a very durable and resistant material that allows for great quality at an affordable price.

Rather bad quality and misleading return policy
Unfortunately, when I ordered in early October there weren’t many reviews back then. When the company states that they’re from Portugal, they actually have their products manufactured in China.
The company is tricking people about their return policy: As a customer reading the terms&conditions you’d think you can return the purchased item for under 15€ within the EU in case it does not fit, but the costs to China amount up to 50€ or more. It is not displayed on their website that their production is in China and therefore it is a well-set trap.
Not a great strategy of this company, ir will leave them having unsatisfied customers and in the end (unless something changes), I suppose Looks Like Summer will not be able to keep their business up for long.
About the product itself: The sole is plastic, the seam on the sole is printed into the plastic. They have a very stingy and artificial, plastic-like smell even after leaving them on the balcony for a week. I’m unsure whether the leather is genuine. The boots look cute but also cheap. I’ll keep them because that’s my best option but I would not choose Looks Like Summer again.
