Totally different format from when I started why’d it change new format sucks

The customer service rep fulfilled my request thoroughly and I was happy.

Shows my vehicle behind neighbors home in trees.So if it was stolen might never be found.

The best customer service around! All real people that are easy to talk to, understand and they have common sense. All very rare traits for CSR to have in 2023. They’re the BEST!

Product works mostly as expected. Only downside is that I can’t “see” it when inside my steel roofed building but guessed that it probably wouldn’t work there. It does ping a movement alarm once it leaves and I’m fine with that.

When I purchased my solar powered unit, I was Abel to track it's progress to my house. Installation was straight forward. The magnets have 40lbs each holding power. The unit is sensitive to movement that a thunderstorm with a stiff wind will set off an alert. 14.95 monthy fee for the tracking service won't break the bank either. On alerts I receive a text message with coordinates that can be clicked on and will take you to Google maps.
The company personnel answered every question and made me feel they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I'm well satisfied with the company. A 5 star plus.

The system was easy to use, but if assistance was ever needed, there were knowledgable and personable people only a phone call away. Great product, great service.

I probably have one of the most unique applications of a LoneStar tracking device. I live in northern Wisconsin and the device is attached to a portable ice fishing house for security reasons. Fortunately, I have never had a theft but it is humorous to see the location in the middle of a frozen lake. Immediately indicates whenever I move the house. Great battery life and wonderful tech support.

If I could find a place to install it then perhaps I could tell you how it works.

I had all my trackers drained down in voltage and needed assistance as to which batteries could be used as replacement. Tried max batteries but only lithium worked. Thanks. The trackers have all worked well so far. And, tech support have always been helpful. Thanks

Easy to use. Reliable. Good customer service.

Overall, the app works well. At some update point it lost the ability to give location details on the map. Business names no longer come up. I called support and they put in a bug report, but it’s yet to be fixed almost a year later.

Their hardware works well, although they lack the ability to change from 5 minute updates to real time without buying new units. They also don’t allow you to remote into their hardware which is a nice feature offered by other companies.

The customer service is phenomenal not to speak of the quality of the product

I have peace of mind with Lonestar tracking. Ever since my van was stolen and abandoned by the side of the road in 2021, I felt vulnerable. With Lonestar Tracking I don't feel as vulnerable.
