It was Amazing how they handled my waste in professional manners.

I've used London Waste Management a number times and I'm very satisfied with this company. The communication is very good and the driver always phones beforehand to advise on route and how long. The quotes given for work are fair and they leave the site clean. They even collect if you're at work as long as rubbish is outside and nicely presented. The fact they do this is so helpful. I recommend using this company for waste clearance. I will certainly continue use them. Thank you

Men were rude, aggressive and intimidating to my wife about parking and collection. I had booked a 30 min slot, but they were pressuring us to have everything done in 10 mins. Will never use again.

Rang one morning for removal of large heavy wooden stepladder. Booked in for next day. Ladder duly collected and following day had a waste certificate. Good administration and very pleased with the service. First time of using this company. Reasonable rates.

London Waste Management was very efficient. They answered enquiries very promptly and quoted quickly. They were able to collect 2 sofas up 5 flights of stairs and no lift. The two guys who collected the sofas were very nice, did a very good job and were respectful of the property. I would highly recommend the company.

Very good company . Used them about 3 or 4 times now . I would have given 5stars but ran late . However they kept in touch. Good communication easy to use online form and great phone service . Can’t fault this company . 1 occasion the completely dismantled a treadmill and moved from 3rd floor no lift !! Super 👌

. Collection team did not arrive within the allocated time slot so I was not home and my elderly mother had to deal with it.
. Did not phone 20 mins before arrival as stated they would.
. Initially seemed cheaper than council waste collection but ended up being very expensive when VAT added on (£78 for 2 lawn mowers, a small heater and a small dehumidifier).
. I was told I could add on an ironing board and broken ceramic pot for £5 cash to pay the team collecting. On arrival they asked for £36!! Unfortunately I wasn’t home to deal with the situation and my elderly mother didn’t want do argue so the extra items were not taken. So overall an expensive and disappointing experience, I wonder if all the positive reviews on this site are genuine as I honestly feel like I have been conned.
. I did call the ‘call centre’ to find out if they would return to collect them I was told he would contact the collection team to find out, but he hasn’t called me back.

Excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, took care to protect my decking, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Very professional — I would definitely use them again.

Ive used them a few times now reliable, efficient overall. Easy process as well.

Ordered the pick up online as had a few strange things to collect that weren't on the site such as dehumidifier.
Given a good price for all items to be collected and a pick up block for the morning rather than afternoon as working.
Items picked up by two people in time slot booked and very quickly, even though on second floor of building with no lift.
Have used several times, and are always efficient and worth the money.
