Delia and her staff show true professionalism. Georgia has taken wonderful care of our puppy, who greets her with such excitement, making it easier to part with our affectionate little one. While it would be great for her to have more puppy pals, the current Covid situation makes it challenging. Big thanks to Top Doggy!

The service here is outstanding—our dog's enthusiasm when he gets picked up in the morning is a testament to how much he enjoys his time with the team! They're incredibly flexible and accommodating, even with last-minute bookings, which is a huge relief when balancing responsibilities between kids, work, and pets. We’ve been with Top Doggy Daycare for our two Cocker Spaniels for nearly 2 years, and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
Delia, who owns the Daycare is absolutely wonderful with our dogs, not only does she take them on so many amazing adventures, she goes above and beyond to care for our dogs; from always being flexible to suit our changing schedules, to genuinely caring for Arlo & Frankie. She keeps us updated on their walks with beautiful pictures and videos, plus she even sends us top tips, recipes & news so we can keep up to date.

What fantastic kennels. I was nervous about leaving our two rescues with someone they didn't know. They both absolutely enjoyed their stay and took to the staff. Every day, we had photos and updates of their day, which was reassuring touch to the service they offer. I can't recommend them enough, and we shall use the kennels again.

Having Top Doggy Day Care with Delia and the team in our lives has been amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better dog care and walks.

They have been incredibly patient, caring and loving with our nervous dog Mabel. She would go out and have the best adventures and day care, we always knew she was looked after with the best care.

Delia and Jenny were both amazing and knowing your dog is going to safe and loved hands made it that much better.

Delia and Jenni looked after my dog while my usual Dogwalker was away for a fortnight. Everything went really well, from making the arrangements, to walking the dog and providing feedback on how the walk went. My dog was in very capable and clearly dog-loving hands. I would not hesitate to use Delia and Jenni’s services again for walking my pooch.

A service with a difference, truly! Delia made it so clear from the start what the plan was and how the care of my Akita would be handled. We got so many updates throughout the time Betty was away from us, pictures and videos where she was having the best time with her gang. I will always put the safety of my dog first and it was clear that they follow strict guidelines and are well trained to make sure that they are tending to each dogs' needs. Very satisfied with the service.

Very definitely a 5 star organisation! Amanda from Top Doggy Day Care went beyond expectations to secure a sitter for my French Bulldog in an emergency-type situation at very short notice. Well after office hours, Amanda took into account my requirements and secured the services of Anna after a series of phone calls to ensure that all parties were aware of what I was after. The relief in knowing that Louis was going to be safe and sound whilst I was at work completely assuaged any concerns I had leaving him in an unfamiliar environment for the first time. From the moment she opened her door, Anna was the model of a caring canine lover/foster mother. Louis was instantly taken with her and had no hesitation in following her indoors. Throughout the day, Anna sent photographs of 'Louis' Great Adventure' - his walks, playing with Anna's own dog, taking meals, napping out - all of which left me in no doubt that I had made the right move in employing the services of Top Doggy Day Care. Louis arrived home and put himself straight to bed. He was exhausted and very happy. He'd had a great day and I'd been able to concentrate at work without any added worries! Thanks, Amanda and Anna. Your customer service was awesome but, more importantly, your commitment to keeping my number one boy safe and sound will never be forgotten and will always carry the strongest recommendation for a forever grateful 'puppy parent'.

My pup Oskar is obsessed with going to Topdoggydaycare! He’s 1 and has been going ever since he was a small puppy. As soon as I say his daycare uncles name he goes crazy ❤️ We send him every week not because we need to, but because he loves it so much. Topdoggydaycare and their walkers care about each and every single dog and treat them as they were their own which is just amazing! Sometimes I feel like Oskar has more fun at daycare than being with me 🤣 Oskar and me definitely recommend!

This is the best doggy day care service I found in London! My dog loved the pet sitter so much that every time the sitter dropped him off, instead of coming with a wagging tail to see mommy and daddy, he would be upset at the door, not wanting the sitter to leave. 😂

The team is also very responsive and always able to be flexible with my family’s crazy time schedule. I loved that I received very frequent updates (videos and photos) of my pup, which made me sure he was being well cared for.

I can’t speak highly enough of Delia, Mara & the team at Top Doggy.
Having two rescue pups, one of which is reactive and can struggle in certain situations, I wanted to be extra-cautious and honest about our needs and concerns when looking for someone to regularly care for them.
We were so happy with the approach Delia took, to have an initial meet and greet, as well as requesting really detailed information on each dog’s likes/dislikes, their behaviour quirks, food preferences and more.
We have two very excited waggy tails whenever Mara comes to pick them up, and have complete peace of mind knowing they’re cared for to the highest standard.
It’s been amazing to be able to find small group walks, and a service that really cares about dog behaviour and positive reinforcement methods.
I couldn’t recommend them more!

I contacted Top Doggy to enquire about day care services for our Pup after researching their website and reading the many positive reviews from supposed happy clients. Communication was predominantly over text message and response from the owner was very slow, however, we were eventually “assigned” a walker and subsequently arranged a meet and greet. The walker seemed friendly, but I was surprised to learn that when the dogs weren’t walking with her they would be residing at her home which didn’t have any outside space. Also, she took public transport (bus) with the dogs she was looking after that day which in my view wasn’t ideal. The owner did say that if we weren’t happy with the walker she had others she could introduce. I was sent all the standard documents to sign along with a price list via email and I was a little shocked to see the prices per day, especially when they clearly contradicted what they were advertising on their website. (£55.00 per day, this is based on two days per week) When I mentioned the contradiction, the owner apologised and advised me that the website prices were no longer valid and her website manager should of changed them! She didn’t seem to want to offer any form of good will, let alone honour the advertised prices, which I will mention, at the time of writing this review, still state the “limited offer only prices” which are not in line and with their “current” price list. She tried to justify the extortionate prices by saying that they want their walkers to feel valued, hence why they charge a lot more than other companies. It goes without saying we decided not to use them and informed the owner we wouldn’t be using their services because of the above. The icing on the cake was when the intended dog walker text me this morning confirming arrangements to collect our dog which clearly shows a complete lack of communication and consideration to their staff!

I've used Top Doggy Day Care a few times and will always recommend them. Dayla and specialist Hanna give my pup so much attention and so he gets all excited if we run into them in the street. I love getting the regular photos throughout the day and the debrief at the end of his sessions. When Mario was very young, they made sure he was paired with appropriate dogs for his size and age; something not a lot of companies considered!

Delia and her team are very professional. Our puppy has been looked after beautifully by Georgia. She’s always so happy to see her and it makes leaving a clingy pup so much easier. Would be lovely if she had more pup friends but difficult times with Covid right now. Thank you Top Doggy!!

Delia and her team have looked after our puppy from the age for 5 months, twice a week. We have two regular walkers who are always very trustworthy, reliable, very flexible and accommodate our ever-changing plans... and always come to work with a smile! Paddy loves his walkers and I would (and do!) recommend them to anyone who asks me about it! The team are all very local and have also introduced Paddy to public transport, which is a big plus! The team send me updates via whatsapp when out and about, lots of videos and pictures of Paddy having fun, which is very reassuring!

Top Doggy have taken great care of our two dogs, first started ad-hoc with boarding when we were out of London usually travelling and couldn't bring them with us. I always felt so at ease leaving them with Delia, she would send lots of updates, send pictures and videos, as well as letting us know how they were behaving. We started to use the service more, recently, we alternate between two different walkers and we trust them both very much, we can see they have had training and what we pay is worth every penny for us. I even feel slight jealousy at how happy our dogs are to go out with them sometimes, wish I got the same reaction!

Happy to leave our lively pup in their care. Her day will be filled with loads of exercise, adventures and socialising. Great daycare.
