Great prices and excellent customer service as when the package got lost in the mail system a replacement was provided for free along with extra items. Ants have all arrived alive and well.

The guy is very quick to let you know…

The guy is very quick to let you know what's happening very responsive the shipping is done quick which is good especially for transporting ants so they don't have to suffer as much on that stage they arrive well packed with a heat source if they are from a different region

Not impressed with the customer service

Not impressed with the customer service, queen came dead in a completely dry testube and store owner was rude when I asked for a refund and very unprofessional. He did in the end apologise and sent out a new queen, that came alive and with plenty of water, which I'm happy with. Unfortunately due to the way I was spoken too I can only give 2 stars.

Thank you for leaving a review. I want to clarify the situation for anyone reading.
1. While we did not directly discuss terms of sale before your order, our live arrival policy is clearly posted on our website. We always stand by those terms.
2. As stated in the policy, refunds are not offered for dead-on-arrival queens — replacements are always provided where stock allows. Refunds are only given if no replacement stock is available. In this case, a replacement queen was in stock and was sent out very quickly.
3. You first contacted me on a Sunday, when the business is closed, and sent repeated messages until I responded. While I do my best to reply promptly, I am not always available outside of working hours. Some of the messages came across as abrupt, which made the conversation more difficult, but I did apologise at the time if my response was taken as unprofessional.

It is unfortunate that this has become our first negative review, especially since a fast replacement was provided and the new queen arrived healthy and properly set up. We take pride in good customer service and in ensuring customers ultimately receive what they paid for, and I believe this was achieved here despite a rocky start.
