Location avec Lodgis

Je travaille avec l’agence Lodgis depuis plusieurs années pour la location de mon appartement, et je suis pleinement satisfait de leur service. L’équipe est très professionnelle, réactive et toujours à l’écoute. Ils s’occupent de tout, de la mise en valeur de l’appartement à la sélection rigoureuse des locataires, ce qui me permet de louer en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement Lodgis à tout propriétaire souhaitant louer son bien en toute confiance et efficacité.

Récemment, mon interlocutrice fut Melle Lizzye Nguyen. Sa disponibilité, son sens de l'écoute, et la qualité de son 'customer care' ont permit d'améliorer les services que je souhaitais fournir aux locataires. I rented an apartment through Lodgis from September to December and experienced extremely poor service throughout the entire process, especially regarding issues with the problematic landlord during my tenancy and now with the security deposit refund. Despite claiming to assist foreigners, Lodgis completely shirked responsibility and abandoned me to deal with the landlord's difficult behavior alone, offering no support whatsoever when problems arose.

Their current response regarding the deposit, claiming they are merely a "communication channel," echoes their dismissive attitude during my rental period. This lack of accountability from a commission-charging agency is disgraceful.

Furthermore, their review process, offered just 24 hours after move-in, is clearly misleading and designed to prevent honest feedback.

I strongly advise staying away from Lodgis, especially if you are a foreign renter seeking genuine support. They do not provide it and leave tenants helpless against difficult landlords, both during the rental and when trying to recover their deposit. My experience was frustrating, and I will continue to pursue my refund. Avoid making the same mistake.

Me and my best friend stayed in Montpellier for almost five months together with LODGIS. We are Swedish so moving to France was a rather big adjustment for us and we were very pleased from the beginning. In Montpellier we got a lot of help in person and per e-mail by Emilie Chinchon and Mattias Ramsbott. When issues occurred in our apartment they were always quick on helping us. We would like to thank LODGIS for a smooth rental period and we will recommend them to other international students in the future.

J'ai toujours été bien accueillie par Madame Emilie Chinchon depuis que Lodgis a pris la gestion de ma location. Suite à un dégât des eaux et comme je n'habite pas dans la région , tout a été géré par Madame Chinchon qui m'a tenu informée. Elle m'a aussi conseillée pour des améliorations à apporter quand le locataire est parti. Entre temps j'ai pris la décision de vendre donc nos chemins se sont séparés et je quitte Lodgis pour cette raison.

Toujours un très bon service. Je fais appel à Lodgis depuis des années pour la locations des appartements meublés. Un très bon service et de très grandes compétences. Ils ont su s'adapter aux différentes réglémentations toujours plus difficiles à appliquer et aider utilement les propriétaires.

Au moment de la remise des clés en fin de bail, ils trouvent toujours une arnaque pour surfacturer.
