I had a very positive experience working with this rental agent. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and all arrangements were handled efficiently and professionally. Everything was well organised from the first contact to the final paperwork, which made the rental process smooth and straightforward. I would happily recommend their services.
Very little communication. When I asked why they required so much personal information for a short-term rental, I received no reply, they just ghosted me. The agent didn't even know their own rental period restrictions. Website had technical issues. Completely unprofessional.

Lodgis is one of the worst service providers I have ever experienced, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.
At first, I was pleased with them, because they've found me an apartment to rent in Paris.
But problems started to occur immediately. Upon entering the apartment, it turned out they hadn't fixed any of the faults pointed out to them in advance. They did it only after I sent a second request.
During my 2+ years of stay in the apartment, my customer representative changed at least 5 times. In none of those instances did I receive an update regarding it. I've always found it out when trying to contact my representative and then receiving a reply that she is no longer my representative and that there's a new one (the last one couldn't even talk English on the phone, only write it in Email. But she was actually the most efficient of them all).
Besides her, all of the representatives were hard to reach. In case of need, they would not reply to an Email until at least the third or fourth inquiry. One of them ignored five messages, but when I CC'd her manager on the sixth, she replied within a few minutes.
When they were finally up to handle a problem, it would take them a long time, even if it was urgent. And they would do it in a clumsy, inefficient way. For example, when the apartment's microwave stopped working, they bought a new one, though I suggested they send an electrician first to check the socket. It turned out the original microwave was just fine - the socket was faulty. They just wasted time and money on a new Microwave. There was also a time when a worn-out or broken part of the toilet water container had to be replaced, and they claimed it's my responsibility to do so, not theirs.
One client representative (who definitely was the worst one) was late for a video call we scheduled. She then also cut it short, despite me saying I still had issues to discuss, and left with "If there's anything else - E-mail my manager". I did, but of course, didn't receive any reply. She also gave me the wrong details of the apartment's Internet account, so when it went down and I called customer support, they couldn't recognize the account based on the details I provided, which left me offline for a long time - a major problem, as I use the Internet for my work.
And finally, not surprisingly, after I left the apartment, they took money from my deposit to compensate for made-up lacks, like an electronic cattle that was never there (there was an out-of-order one that I haven't touched).
Lodgis's service repeatedly baffled me with its lack of professionalism, decent service, and treatment of paying clients. So, I strongly suggest NOT using Lodgis' service, which is amateurish, unprofessional, unattentive, unreliable, and impolite. Beware.
Propriétaires: À fuir absolument! À la suite de la dégradation de mon appartement au lieu de me rendre la part de la caution qui consiste au montant des réparations, ils ont retenu 2/3 de ce montant dans leur poche pour “frais de gestion dans le contrat” et je me retrouve avec 1/3 seulement…Mon appartement a été dégradé durant la location et je dois moi-même payer les réparations !!! Scandaleux alors que j’avais pris la formule Confort!!!!
Vraiment à fuir, et sur les 2 jeux de clés fournis ils ne m’ont rendu qu’un seul et j’ai eu relancé un mois pour avoir le 2ème.
Ils prennent plus de 12% de frais mensuels alors que les loyers sont les mêmes qu’ailleurs dans la moyenne du marché (après des promesses et des paillettes au début du contrat)
Malhonnêteté, vol et délais de réponses désastreux. Si vous tenez à votre bien n’y allez pas.

La ricerca dell'appartamento è stata piuttosto semplice e anche le risposte dell'agenzia veloci.
Il problema e' stata la consegna dell'appartamento di cui l'agenzia nella persona della signora Francesca Carbotti si e' completamente disinteressata dichiarandosi non responsabile dello stato in cui l'appartamento è stato consegnato: sporchissimo e in totale disordine.
Siamo stati costretti a rincorrere il proprietario con molte email e telefonate anche a un sedicente gestore dell'appartamento stesso per farlo pulire e renderlo decente. Abbiamo dovuto trascorrere una notte in hotel perche' lo studio' non era praticabile.
Dispiace perche avere dei referenti taliani (pagati) sarebbe stato utile e anzi necessario.

Terrible service. We rented our apartment through the company but now I am not able to have any information regarding my deposit 2 months after checking out of our rental. Phone does not get answered - tried many numbers and all fall on voicemail ("ghost phone numbers"?). Email does not get answered about the deposit to be returned. When staff is on holiday there is no auto-reply so you just keep waiting. I even wrote an email to the CEO and no answer. Totally unacceptable. Things might be fine as long as you pay like any decent tenant...but good luck once you need to get your deposit back!
La meilleure experience pour trouver un logement sur Paris, LODGIS était toujours très attentif à mon cas et j'ai firmé un loyer en moins d'une semaine!
J'ai loué un appartement via cette agence, ils m'ont refusé l'état des lieux car des travaux étaient encore en cours. Ils m'ont forcé à décaler le déménagement. Il y avait beaucoup de défauts dans l'appartement et je n'ai jamais réussi à les joindre une seule fois au téléphone. Il fallait envoyer les mails à plusieurs personnes en même temps pour espérer avoir une réponse au bout de 10 jours. L'état des lieux sortants fut également bâclé. Bref à fuir absolument !
