Well made corner joint.
I was looking for a 90 degree corner joint for my new, stainless (looking) kitchen plinth and found this at a good price. It arrived quickly, was well packaged, well made and is easy to fit. It matched the plinth very well and looks just fine.

LocksOnline get 5 stars for the sales and dispatch process and the ballbearing drawer sliders I bought seem to be a nicely machined, good quality product. The only problem was of my own making. After watching a few slider-installation videos on YouTube, where the subject of the space between drawer-sides and chest didn't come up, it didn't occur to me that there isn't a standard space between a drawer-side and the inside surface of a chest of drawers. However, the sliders I received from LocksOnline needed 10mm clearance between the drawer and the chest, while the clearance in the chest I was repairing was only 5mm per side. Eventually,I used narrower nylon sliders to solve the problem. Not as smooth-running, but it works. I'm writing this sad tale to warn others of the need to check how much space they've got to work with before buying.

Thank you for this constructive and considerate feedback! Indeed there is no set standard for this, so it's definitely something to consider, especially on non-standard drawer sizes where often some intuitive modification ends up being needed.
We do try to ensure that all of our runners have diagrams listed to show their thickness and drilling patterns etc, but would urge anyone considering a runner which doesn't have this information to raise it to our attention if they are unsure so that we can get some diagrams made up.
In either case we're glad to hear you managed to resolve the situation yourself, and we really do appreciate your fair review despite the circumstances - top quality customer!

Small but perfect bin
I needed a small under sink kitchen bin and this was only one of two that I could find. From placing the order to the prompt delivery (despite COVID!) everything about my order from Locks Online went smoothly. My other half fitted the bin relatively easily (though detailed fitting instructions would have been better than the pictures) and its great. My main requirement was I didn’t want to touch the lid to put stuff in, especially when cooking, and this definitely bin fits that bill. Great product and service from locks online

Good source for a specialist hinge
LocksOnline was the only source I could find for a hinge for a bathroom cabinet. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

Simple door limiting device
Simple but very effective product to stop cupboard doors opening that inch too far.
Great price at £6.30 for 10 units Just sad that the cost of the postage was almost the cost of the product when they could have come in a first or second class envelope.

Postage & packaging is something we have looked at very closely and taking into account the time to process the order, pick the goods, pack the goods, and ship them, it has worked out that charging at an average in this way is the only way we can do this without having to charge untenable shipping prices to larger orders.
We just hope that the lower cost of goods in this case has allowed you to be happy with the overall cost.
