Terrible company. Loves to take money, but not send products or even send an email update. Would not recommend dealing with this company. No out of stock notifications, just take your money and do nothing for it. Shitty company
I had an order issue and LM Performance made it better than whole. A sale item went on my order full price, I paid then realized so I sent an email and it was resolved within minutes plus I got an extra item.
Above and beyond. Excellent professional service.
I will use LMP as my go to performance store.
Terrible company, has employees leave reviews for competitors to deter business.
They took £4,000 off me to repair my canvas convertible roof but after 4 weeks it failed again. They refused to honour their warranty by suggesting in hindsight they should have quoted to replace the roof rather than try to repair. They have simply walked away and denied liability.
Hands down one of the worst online parts retailers i’ve ever dealt with. Incorrect online pricing, extended delivery dates, delayed email responses. Just trying to call and speak to somebody is impossible. I will never deal with this company again.
Terrible company, leaves reviews on other companies in order to make themselves look better.
Product delivered in a timely manner. Nice looking kit though I haven't installed it yet.
Item delivered was not as described and did not fit my vehicle. Assistance from LMP was zero.
Kooks stepped up and I resolved the issue directly with them.
Easy so navigate the website and fast shipping
I bought a Spec clutch kit form LMPerformance and the price was great. Delivery was what I was told it would be with no delays. The clutch is for my car that I race and it was just what I needed.
Very fast shipping got my Exhaust the day after I ordered it!
The service is bad , waited weeks to get things sorted , no reasonable accountability on their part that I had to pay for .
