Living Proof charged me for 2 of the same product and I ordered one. Two were sent but I dont even like the one which is their new texturizer. Impossible to reach customer service. Now I have two products that I hate. They never get back to you.

Great products and customer service very helpful but DONT CALL them a 4 minute phone call cost nearly £2.50! Better to email whenever possible.

Living Proof is dead right
This is without doubt the best product I have ever used in my adult hair life and in my view an authentic brand name.
I have used the 5 in 1 styling treatment for 3 years and it’s consistently effective. I’ve started using the conditioner and again suits my ageing hair, which I decided to grow out grey through lockdown in 2020. So I’m now
a convert and gone totally Living Proof since I’ve ordered shampoo this week. I thank you and for re delivery after DPD decided to drop my order back at your depot.

I was sent a delivery with products with an empty bottle. The team were brilliant, I sent photos off which showed no leakage into the packaging and they are immediately sending me a replacement. Excellent customer care.

Never been disappointed with Living Proof products. Had a slight issue on my most recent order with the spray on the dry shampoo being faulty and within a day of me contacting their customer services team they’ve despatched a replacement for me - excellent service!

I absolutely adore Living Proof products & so does my hair. I always order directly from them as they are extremely generous with offers & good sized samples. Their customer service is second to none. I had a query recently & they responded within minutes & immediately rectified my query. My hair has never been in such good condition since using their products. They deliver very promptly as well.

Recently had an issue with one of the products. Eve from customer service was fantastic at dealing with the situation. After a few prompt email exchanges the issue was rectified and I was more than happy with the outcome. As a new customer I am loving the range of Living Proof products. Thanks again.

Have been purchasing LP for a while now. Dry shampoo is AMAZING! Had an issue with a faulty tin. Email customer service explained sent a video of the issue. Resolved really quickly, new one in the post. Can’t ask for better than that.

Update:
Living Proof have refunded my purchase - true to their word so am upgrading my review based on their good customer care.
Have previously used LP's Full shampoo and conditioner with no problems. My hair always has a natural wave so thought I would try the new 'Curl' products. After washing in shampoo and conditioning then followed by the Definer, I went to dry my hair. I use a Dyson airwrap and when styling my hair, it would not 'wrap' around the Dyson. In the end I gave up and was left with very dry looking straw hair. Very disappointed. Have since rewashed and conditioned with other product and used the Dyson and have perfect results so can only presume the new Curl products do not like being dried into shape. Disappointed as Living Proof products are expensive.
After seeing LivingProofs reply, I will contact them for a refund and see how that goes. Happy to upgrade my rating if all goes well.

I forgot to cancel an auto ship order and panicked when I saw it debited from my account. Got in contact with living proof and they managed to stop the order from being delivered just in time and issuing a refund.

Great customer service and love the products

Ordered a conditioner in the wrong size and needed to return it. Eve was very helpful with the returns process and kindly informed me when the jumbo size was back in stock - and also regularly checked in to keep me updated of the returns process. Really great customer service.

I had difficulty getting a 15% discount applied to my order, my own fault, I contacted customer services who promptly sorted this issue, no fuss or bother.
Their products are also pretty great.

Living Proof's customer service totally exceeded my expectations! I received an order which had been damaged in the mail, with the nozzle snapped off. I reached out and sent them photos of what happened. They were very kind in communications and they refunded me for the product, told me to keep it and sent me a 20% off voucher to reorder when they restocked. 10/10 exceptional service.

Prompt delivery. I unfortunately had an item missing. I emailed and got a reply and solution very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer care (Eva was the person who dealt with the issue)

I recently started to use Living Proof products for frizzy hair. It works well on my coarse hair, finally it looks shiny and smooth! And I tried hundreds of products from many other companies. I think I'm gonna stick with this one now and try out other of their products.
I got to give credit for Eve, who works in Excellence team for an outstanding customer service, when one of my product came damaged, she helped with replacement with no hassle and it was a pleasure to communicate with her.
I'm really happy overall.
