i ordered 3 tall Arthur ottoman beds, I was little dubious as I don't like ordering items without seeing them, I can honestly say I am absolutely thrilled with all three beds, Arbinder who works for living it up answered all my questions and kept in touch with me constantly, I can not recommend this company enough, beds are amazing, everyone who comes into my new home has commented how amazing the beds are, the workmanship and quality are first class, I am so thrilled I have actually ordered an ottoman to go in the master bedroom, if you are looking for the wow factor, this is the place you need to be!!

Brilliant Courier Service
Very impressed and extremelly grateful to Patrick and Nathan for their efforts in delivering my sofa. My apartment is not very easily accessible and they made every effort to lift the sofa into the place where it belonged, which ended in a success. The lads have served me an invaluable and excellent service, where other couriers have been abominable in their disinterest towards clients. Living it Up hires brilliant staff and once again my biggest thanks to Nathan and Patrick for such a great service. By the way the sofa was Isabbelle, it was of great quality, and I am very happy with my purchase, but the quality of service still proved to be most impressive.

I ordered a 4 seater Harriet sofa and the Harriet chair in a charcoal grey and I am so pleased. It looks exactly like the online images and the whole process was smooth. The delivery guys were so polite, friendly and helpful and the sofa looks so luxury and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

IF THERE WAS LESS THAN ONE STAR THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE LIVING IT UP..SPENT AGES PICKING OUT OUR LOVELY NEW BED AND WHEN WE PUT IT TOGETHER IT LOOKED SMALL SO WE MEASURED IT AND WE WERE RIGHT IT'S NOT THE KING THAT WE ORDERED..THE NEW KING SIZE MATTRESS WOULD NOT FIT INTO IN AND SITS ON THE FRAME INSTEAD OF IN IT..AFTER MANY VISITS TO OTHER BED MANUFACTURERS THEY ALL TOLD ME THAT THE FRAME HAS TO BE SLIGHTLY BIGGER THAN THE DIMENSIONS OF THE MATTRESS SO THAN IT CAN DROP DOWN AND REST ON THE SLATS..I SENT LOADS OF PHOTOGRAPHS TO PROVE THIS AND AFTER MAKING LOTS OF PHONE CALLS TO THE UK OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TOLD BASICALLY THAT THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR ME AND I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET BY NEARLY TWO THOUSAND EURO AS THE MATTRESS IS NO GOOD TO ME EITHER..I NOW HAVE TO GO AND SPEND A LOT MORE MONEY ON A NEW BED AS MY HUSBAND IS HAVING HUGE SURGERY THIS WEEK AND NEEDS AT LEAST SIX/SEVEN WEEKS RECOVERY AT HOME..I WAS TOLD THAT MATTRESS SIZES VARY IN EUROPE WHICH IS ABSOUTELY ABSURD..A MATTRESS IN IRELAND IS THE SAME SIZE AS A UK MATTRESS.. VERY VERY BAD FORM NOT TO PUT THEIR HANDS UP AND ADMIT THAT THEY MADE AND SENT THE WRONG SIZE BED TO US..AS IF I WOULD LIE ABOUT THE SIZE BEING WRONG WHEN I NEED THE BED SO BADLY..SHAME ON YOU LIVING IT UP..I WILL HAVE HAVE TO GO FURTHER ABOUT THIS I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR A KING SIZE BED AND AND WILL NOT ACCEPT WHAT I WAS SENT INSTEAD..

We are sorry to see that you have left us this review.
As we have advised over the phone and via email, we advertise our beds will fit a standard UK Sized mattress, so for the bed you have ordered this would be 150 x 200 cm. It is evident from the images that you have sent that the frame in which your mattress should sit is correct and the issue you have lies with the mattress. Unfortunately information you have received from other manufacturers do not apply to our beds, the frames are made to fit a size of 150 x 200 cm and if you have the correct size mattress it is a snug fit.
If we had made a mistake with your order then of course a resolution could have been offered, but as the bed has been supplied correctly there is nothing further we can do and we suggest you take this up with your mattress supplier.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Great ordering process via Mark and on day of delivery the delivery team called ahead of delivery. Very polite and very conscious of taking shoes off when going upstairs and assembled the bed in a very efficient manner. I must say, the best delivery team we've come across and a true credit to Living It Up!

2 beautiful Drew sofas
I bought 2 Drew sofas in the pale cream velvet. They are beautiful. The 2 delivery men were amazing - on time, polite and very neat. At first I wasn’t sure how comfy they were but after a week I’m finding them very comfy. It’s difficult buying on line but I’m very pleased with the quality. They look so much more expensive than they were. I’d definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a chair and received excellent service from the beginning of the process to the final delivery. I requested and received samples within 2 days. When I ordered my chair they sent the order for me to check the details before finalising. I was kept informed about the expected delivery date and once the date was confirmed I received details of the delivery slot with the option to re-schedule. The chair arrived on time and was unpacked and assembled for me. It exceeded my expectations and is a great addition to my room. I can highly recommend Living It Up, not only for the great product but also for the excellent customer service that I received. Thank you to all at Living It Up!
