I have been, and still am, using Livedrive since 2012.
There have been slight hick-ups (mostly synchronisation errors), but support was always readyly available when needed.
I did try other systems, but here we are.. still using Livedrive.
Still very happy, keep up going.

The file backups are seamless and very reliable.
The biggest area for improvement lies with the briefcase share features:
a) Improve the speed - it takes way too long for recipients to open shared pictures
b) Sharing is only one way...it would be nice if the recipient could also add files to the folder (i.e., with a special designation).

I've been a customer for 12 years and…
I've been a customer for 12 years and I'm very happy to remain a customer. The only slight problem I had was when I had to download some of my files when one of my external hard drives failed. Most of my files are music and 5 or 6 just wouldn't download which, out of several hundred thousand, probably isn't too bad but the files in question were from a CD I no longer had so it was a little annoying. If not for this hiccup I would have given 5 stars.

Works for me.
I've used this for some years now and needed it more than once; it does what it says on the tin. It has truly saved the day with close enough for me real time back up. It's easy to set up and use and priced in reasonable way. Strongly recommended.

Does what it says
Does what it says, sits in the background doing back up silently and does the job. When and if a problem occurs tech support are extremely efficient at sorting. Nice guys to deal with.
