Interesting to read other reviews. I have also had issues with timescales for delivery. The most recent delivery was the worse yet, half the delivery took 7 working days to arrive, the other half took 10 working days. I don't mind if the company would just be honest about the timescales, but don't promise 3-5 days and never meet your own standard. I can work round the timescales so that I don't run out of what I need, but currently I'm having to second guess how long delivery will take. Not good enough, especially given the not insignificant amount I've purchased over time. When I have contacted customer service, there's very little service, on one occasion no response until I sent in effect a formal request quoting legislation!
The other more recent issue is the quality of the mealworms. There is a small amount that's being left by the birds, even the corvids won't eat it! It's been the last few months, prior to that no waste, so I'm guessing a change of supplier and poorer quality?
Unless delivery and quality get back to where they were, I'm likely to change to another company, even though Little Peckers is one of the cheapest out there.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered on 1st Nov received half of order on 13th Nov and no info what's with the other half. Very poor communication from the customer service. It wasn't like that before as I was using this shop for couple of years but since it changed hands it is truly awful. Will never use again as it is not worth the hassle.

Awaiting delivery over 10 days now, and still no sign of my order. Contacting little peckers very frustrating won't use again.

Placed order on 28th October and just arrived,thankyou.

Slow and unreliable.
Cancelled my order after 5 days as they did not have enough stock.
Should not take orders in the first place if they do not have stock, and should not be taking 5 days to notify me.

Joke of a company , nearly three weeks and no item, no contact made, emails sent and no reply , tracking number provided but shows still with sender for past week , paypal case opened

Placed order 14th September. Received email 15th saying order in way. Emailed 25th & 28th September as not received order. No response to emails.
Send message on contact form 29th asking where order is.
Received partial order today (30th) with no mention of when the rest was being sent. Now trying to get a response as to when I will receive the rest of order.
Awful customer service. Won’t be using again.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive. One of the items in my order came but the other item in the box was wrong. Emailed them but no reply so opened a case with paypal. Within a day I had an email apologising and within a few more days I received a refund. Thank goodness I had paid through PayPal or I fear my money would not have been refunded.

Bought goods at a good price on 10/9..no communication at all from company until 14/9 when a Yodel tracking No was sent across
By 18/9 nothing happened,so I looked on Trustpilot and sadly saw loads of similar experiences ..I did not think to check before buying
I emailed company .asking when goods were going to be shipped,.no response at all
After another day I opened a PayPal claim ,and then out came the goods under the tracking no ,sent out that day
It’s a shame that I had to open a PP claim for goods to be sent out ..the goods though were very well packed and presented,they need to dispatch faster and communicate .
I had a very nice email from them today25/9 saying they are very behind in office and warehouse ..and are struggling ..

I ordered more bird food last week ,they have some things at an excellent price ….and this time it arrived much quicker,extremely well packed as before..I feel they now deserve positive feedback …let’s hope things are improving for them 🙏

I don't know who to blame the carrier or the shop.
Shop said after paypal stepped in that it was the carriers fault as they had the bird see in their warehouse for 2 weeks. No contact after the 1st email. Now more reply about they will refund me when parcel gets back to them, but I've tried to tell them I have now recieved it. But still same emails. I've had to spam them. Muppets!

I have normally received the products I ordered, usually a couple of days late. But this time nothing. Have emailed and tried phoning, but no response. Will never use again. Avoid and use another company.

AVIOD = if anyone on here has received a response back from them, can you please advise me how you achieved this?

I ordered a Gardman water bath for my bird feeding station.
The delivery was made within the stipulated 4 working days but what I received was a generic water bath which was not a Gardman or the correct size (too big). This was not in Gardman packaging but a zip lock bag with a printed sticky label saying it was a Gardman water bath and the Gardman part number.
Have contacted them to request the correct part ordered or my money back. A week later there is no response from customer service.
Will not be recommending or using this company again. Unprofessional con artists.

Shocking Delivery times. I ordered a parcel which should be sent via 48h courier. 5 days later the parcel is still with the sender and sender is not responding to email. AVOID !

Took a very long time for my order to arrive (more than 3 weeks) and only after I contacted them (which was difficult) I received it.

Ordered Spikes 2.5 kg hedgehog food. It was £10 cheaper after paying postage than the larger in store and online outlets.
I will be using Little Peckers again.

Having used them now and then over several years never had a problem, Until now OMG tried emailing, Texting, Tried phoning nobody answered and no communication whatsoever, Have been waiting for two weeks for a bag of seed will try to get a refund my advice do not use this company shocking service.

Ordered canary egg food end of June 2023 only opened box 18 aug
Found seed had been delivered sent 2 emails not had a reply as yet I will not be using this company again . I will telling all my friends at my national canary club and will recommend that they don’t use this company to all members

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered bird food on 8th, email to say on its way on 10th with Yodel tracking number. Not with Yodel on 15th August. No response to emails and phone just rings with no answer. *Just to add I have just heard that Yodel have my parcel but from different named company. I would like to add that the parcel did arrive eventually intact and boxed to prevent damage and did actually get a reply from retailer on the day it was delivered - so upgraded to 3*

My order arrived after 7 days, 2 items are incorrect and cheaper items sent, with no refund and no measage or email to say. I've sent 4 emails and 2 messages via their website but NO REPLY.. ive tried calling twice today but it just rings and rings. What a crap company.. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I WIll NEVER USE THEM AGAIN..
