Re letting of property
I found the service provided by L&S in getting a new tenant for my property was very good. All went smoothly and I was kept informed all along the way from the existing tenant leaving to the new tenant taking the keys to the property. Thanks to Zak and Lauren

Linley & Simpson have managed our property for rental for a couple of years now, and have provided satisfactory management during that time. Grace Smithson has recently been dealing with maintenance of the property and has handled things in a professional and helpful manner. Problem solved very quickly
Problem solved very quickly, Paula Dunham helped to resolve the issue very fast , Complained about front door lock not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.
Also the contractor was very professional and lovely.
