Arrived promptly, and very good quality cushion covers - extremely good value for money too.
This is my third order very happy with customer service communication.

Faulty web site would not accept the advertised promotional code.
Thereafter, e-mail received informing that they accepted an order for stock they did not have and could not obtain.

Linen's limited cancelled the order at their end and have twice promised a refund.
Needless to say, no funds received.

Order at your own risk. I ordered through Amazon and after much tooing and throwing I still haven’t received my order even though their tracking says I have. Thank goodness I’m protected by Amazons policy so I can get my money back!

Ordered from TikTok, this company without contacting me to give explanation they just refunded me reason given on refund transaction,can't deliver to this address, which is BS

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy Robber’s withheld your refund money having to chase money back through back to add from feedback from linens comment I had already waited 7 days then waited a further 7days because they said they had a problem with refund so in total it was 14 days and still had to chase through bank so BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like I have no choice but to post this as I am at the point of frustration with the poor service and broken promises from this company.
Please do not order from this company as they do not accurately deliver on your order or their promises! I ordered 4 cushions in July this year, and when I received them, they did not match the size that was stated in the description. After submitting videos and photos of the incorrect sizing, they finally allowed me to return the cushions which I did early September using EVRI which was their own Returns label. However, despite having photos and PROOF of return, they claim that they haven't received the cushions back into their warehouse and refused to refund me until they physically had the cushions.

Therefore, it seems having Proof of Return means nothing, and it has no guarantee that you will get your refund!!
They did after many, many weeks of email communication agree to refund me on October 9th saying I will receive my refund withon 5 to 7 working days but it is now November and I still haven't received the refund. Note that there is NO phone number to contact anyone! To say I am disappointed and over a hundred pounds out of pocket is an understatement!

This website is a full on scam. Do NOT order from here.
I ordered 3 Scatterbox cushions costing £190. A month later and they never arrived. I contacted customer services on Facebook Messenger and email. They replied for a while, generic scam responses. “I regret to inform you there has been a delay with your item however it will dispatch in 1-2 working days”. No grammar, full of spelling mistakes - all alarm bells pointing towards a scam. When I never got my order delivered, the company stopped replying to me. When I asked for a refund they stopped reading my messages and I never got a response.

I was fooled when I saw there were reviews so I thought it was a legitimate company. Be careful!!

They sent a bedspread rather than the duvet set I'd ordered . Then refused to accept that this was not what was ordered despite me forwarding the paperwork . Not sure whether it's the customer relations person or if it's the whole company but very unimpressed with them .

And as to reply below - it was your customer service who didn't know the difference - here's their reply : they're both the same and if I want to change it I have to pay postage . I remain extremely disappointed and suggest you liaise with your customer relations people and explain the difference between a duvet set and a quilt

I ordered 2 bath sheets and 21 hand towels, both supposedly made from Egyptian cotton according to the website. The bath sheets sent were smaller than the ones I ordered. After washing the hand towels I noticed the label said ‘combed cotton’. I queried this and was told this was the fabric finish but they were Egyptian cotton. Seems odd to me to put the finish on the label not the cotton itself. Five years ago I bought Egyptian cotton towels from Linens Direct and the tag said Egyptian cotton not combed cotton. They were also much better quality. I won’t order again as I’m doubtful that their Egyptian cotton is genuine. I guess there’s a reason why people go to dunelm. One for trading standards to investigate I think.

Top marks for the ease in both ordering off the site to receiving my items in good condition. I would recommend using this supplier.

Whilst I love the pattern of this cushion, I was disappointed that the feather infill was lacking fullness. I have bought other scatter box cushions the same style elsewhere and the fillers are much thicker.

Keep getting emails asking about experience but no sign of goods yet

Bought and paid for cushions online, received email to say they would be delayed a few days and then another email to say out of stock and refund issued. Needs better website management as had to wait 3 days for refund to go back into account.

I have received two reminders to review the company and have STILL not received my order! I have had to make two extra trips to buy linen that I needed because it has been so slow to be delivered. I would not have minded this if I had received proactive information from the company letting me know of the delay, or if there was some means to contact them by phone rather than email.
