The towels had the wrong information about them. They said it was cotton towels. BUT! they had nylon within the mix. Which generates static electricity and gave my wife a shock when she dried them in a tumble dryer. This will never happen with cotton towels. This is why she wanted cotton towels in the first place.

Unable to leave zero stars, my parcel was incorrectly delivered by the useless EVRI, the courier this company uses, they are taking EVRI'S side & wont issue a refund, dont recommend this company at all

I went to order an item, one cushion cover and the P&P charge was £5.95 for next day delivery, but I didn't want next day delivery, it stated on the website that the P&P was £3.95. I emailed them and was told what I'd call a load of nonsense just to bag an extra £2. I live in England, so my address wasn't in the middle of nowhere up in Scotland and I wasn't ordering anything heavy or an odd shape. All in all, I purchased the same item as a cushion from another online store with free P&P. These online stores have too much control and they prey on customers to give in and say well, it's only £2, but that's not the case with me. Beware of rip off P&P at the checkout.

Placed an order on temu 4 days ago and he hasn't shipped it, just created a label, went to his registration of business address it's not even his home, I have got trading standards involved along with police.

I would never deal with urwa linens ever in my life again mostly sell on platforms like temu and ebay but never seem to get the orderes right or just can't be bothered to send you what they sold you this company is a disgrace and if I were you when I saw thier name I'd look elsewhere the costumer service is non existenant they answer no one not even reviews folk make but they'll take your money for good products and send you £2.50p duvet they think they're getting away with this not with me they won't I will go directly to trading standards not one problem for me ...as a disabled buyer I can't return this to a evri parcelshop I would stay clear of this con man cowboy company DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

This company is fraudulent.
Order was never sent to me, multiple refund requests ignored with no correspondence whatsoever.
Essentially just theft.
Do not use.

Wrong items received. Not what I had ordered. Claim submitted through Paypal

Never received order and had to pass to PayPal to sort. Never responded. DONOT USE…

This duvet is horrendous quality. Daughter had a little accident, duvet had to go in the wash. And this is what has come out from the washing mashine. I am shocked, this people allowed to sell, not fit for purpose items.

Three curtains ordered -two described as grey/grey and one as duck egg. After the standard delivery terms passed and no email saying they were dispatched, I queried when I would receive them and was told they hadn't been dispatched yet - with apologies I wasn't told that. On the same day they arrived secured by so much Sellotape that the packaging is not reusable.

When received the grey/grey curtains were largely beige. There was limited duck egg colour on that pair and they had clearly been viewed/used by a different customer as there were creases in all the wrong place. Despite providing a sub-standard item and two items that don't match their own website description - the policy is that customer's pay for returns. I can understand that if I'd changed my mind, but they are not what I ordered in good faith and now I have to also try to find a large packet to send them back and arrange returns via Evri.

We placed an order online and when received it was missing a part of the order. I've emailed several times weekly to sales, info and customerservice and a month later still no response. Best to order from a more dependable, contactable supplier.

This company is absolutely pathetic in customer services. I tried to call them multiple times at different times of day to speak to them as we place large orders and dont want any problems with wrong sizes or deliveries etc.
Yes you have guessed it no answer again just goes to voice mail. A company of this this status should have a dedicated person on the phones or at least a facility where they can call back and ask what the query is.
I am absolutely very annoyed and bloody fuming that this is a british company yet its running micky mouse operations and they should be ashamed of there customer services levels.
We aint a small company who only needs linens we run over 30 of our own air bnb apartments and we need new linens and towels all the time so we need a point of contact for immediate access to sort out orders or problems with payments or anything else for that matter yet every time my sister or anyone else in our organisation calls we never get an answer.

Seriously if there customer service levels do not improve we will have no alternative other than choose to go to some other supplier and start buying from there who will at least provide good customer service and answer the telephones.

If any potential customers are thinking of using Linens uk just be careful and vary there customer service is zero and very bad and they dont respond to your query so dont buy unless you want to lose your money walk away.

I brought the Appletree loft edale duvet cover 5th Feb ,
It was advertised as reversible & it was just what I was looking for, but when it finally came after several emails & a few weeks to say where was my order it turned up. To my disappointment it is NOT Reversible as stated !!!
It’s taken linens limited 4 weeks to say I can return this item as it’s not as described !!!! .Its too late now as I had to use it , they did not offer a return in the beginning. So Beware !! if you are thinking of buying this duvet cover it’s not as it says !!!!?

Absolutely fabulous service, good quality items. Extremely pleased.

I have purchased from Linens Ltd previously and always happy with the quality of the goods.
It took some time for the Order to be recieved for myself (hence 4☆) but the goods were packaged well and are of great quality.

On positive note, there was one item that I had to return, simply due to my preference of colour. The process of return/refund was simple and efficient.

Throughout, Linens Ltd communicated well and responded to my e-mail enquiries in good time with a good Customer Service Team.

Goods as described, delivered quickly and efficiently.

The begin g I purchased was a good price and really warm

Good product. However turned up in plastic bags that had broken and split, items were wet but once dried OK.

Wouldn’t use again personally after that.
