This was quite a complicated application. Tom worked extremely diligently to achieve a great result. Tom explained things carefully and was very helpful in guiding me through the process with the lender.

Fantastic experience
We recently used Tom as our mortgage broker to gain finance for our 1st home.
Being our 1st home we didn't have a lot of knowledge about the processes or the market, but Tom was very knowledgeable and worked closely with us through the whole process.
He explained things in a way that we could understand easily, and took a lot of stress out of what was a big moment in our life.
He was always on hand to answer our questions, and gave us confidence moving forward with our purchase.
We would highly recommend using Tom as a broker, and look forward to working with him again for any future finance.

Tom is THE mortgage broker you want on your side!
The idea of buying a house (again) was a bit daunting as so much had changed since last time but Tom was an absolute dream to work with. He answered questions over and over again for me and explained things really carefully so I understood all of it.
He always got back to me when he said he would and also checked in to see if I needed any further mention.
My loan was not the easiest nor the biggest loan but Tom really made sure that this transaction was about me finally getting back in to my own home - not about the commission, not about the size of the sale and not about number game (get them in, get them out). Tom really cares about what he does and about making people's dreams of being a house owner a reality.
I could not recommend Tom highly enough and would give ten stars if there were more to give!
