I am an Australian living overseas and was looking to buy a house for when we return to Australia in the next 1-2 years. Michael was able to get us preapproved for the required loan value ahead of a two week visit to Australia in July. We then used that preapproval to have a concerted look in the area we wanted to live and were able to find the right house.
