Our experience with Joel was fantastic. Neither myself nor my partner had any prior experience obtaining a loan, and really had no idea how to go about the process ourselves. Joel made the experience easy and stress-free for us both. He takes the hard-work out of your hands, is very well informed, and was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. He also has a great way of explaining what can be quite complicated financial detail in simple, easy to understand terms.
