Leyact Recenzje

I ordered a Christmas gift in November 2021. I am still waiting( April 2022). There was tracking number, I tracked the "package" it was sent to the wrong Canadian province about 5000 km away. They offered to resend it, I accepted the offer. Now I did not get a tracking number and now I do not get any response to my emails to them. They are a total scam.

I ordered from them a month ago and yet to receive my order.Their website is always out of reach

I should have read the reviews on here before I placed an order with this rogue outfit. I ordered a stainless steel edge rule in early December, believing I was dealing with an American company. When it arrived just over a fortnight later FROM CHINA, it had been so badly damaged because of the flimsy packaging as to make it unusable. The rule was so bent it resembled a line of hills! Having sent a strong email to them I received a 'sorry' and would I like a re-ship or a refund? I chose the refund - but it never came, despite several more emails. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMING OUTFIT!

My order was never delivered. The tracking information claims that the order was delivered, but I was home at the stated time of delivery, and nothing arrived. When I contacted Leyact, they said they would send a replacement, but it has been more than 3 months and multiple follow-up emails without any new shipment or refund.

I truly believe this company is in the business of scamming people out of there hard earned money, I have yet to receive a Xmas gift I ordered for my wife.
I sent an email to them, but it seems the email address given is also false.

I ordered an item for my husband for Christmas. Apparently, according to Canada Post, it was delivered to an address over 3000 kilometers away. I am now very concerned with bad reviews that I have read that this company may be a scam!!!

They have not fulfiled my order made in July.

They have so far sent me 12 emails promising investigation, promising delivery and promising a refund. The latest emails claim the article has been delivered. It very obviously has not. I have not received a refund.

This is either fraud or theft, perhaps both!

Also nur Betrug
