As soon as I purchased my first pair of sunglasses, I was automatically greeted by Lexxola service via email. The representative (Alex) was very cordial. When I decided to do an exchange, Alex took care of the return process and immediately resent the exchange product. Lexxola customer service is great and product is quality made.

The product quality is great, unfortunately the glasses were just too small on my head. The customer service was really great when I had to make a return. There was an issue with the postage, and Emily was very responsive and helpful for making the return easy. Thank you!

I'd been having issues with my package for around a month now. I was emailing UPS and Lexxola for the past three weeks but it was going nowhere. I hopped on the chat and Patrick quickly resolved my issue and I got the exact answer/solution I needed in 5 minutes!

I purchased the Alba glasses and while they are gorgeous and a well crafted pair of glasses, I decided to return them because it just did not fit my face. Emily was so helpful throughout the process of the return. I originally wanted a refund but I decided to opt for a gift card instead so I could get a cute pair of sunglasses instead! Love this team and brand and am looking forward to the new styles to come. I never write reviews but Lexxola stands out above the rest in all aspects!

I’ve previously purchased a pair of Lexxola sunglasses and have absolutely loved them - they’re super comfortable and really good quality, plus they always ship super fast! I bought another pair to try a different style and when I didn’t think they suited me super well, I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful with the return process. Overall, would highly recommend purchasing a pair of glasses!

I ordered a pair of glasses however my order was never delivered. I contacted customer service but lexxola didn’t anwer. So no glasses or refund on the 240 euro transaction not including the duties. I still wainting for the answer. Did you resend my glasses? I wrote an e-mail yesterday, but i don’t have an answer. I’m still wainting.

Quick and friendly response!

I ordered a pair of glasses, and had to pay 45 euros in duties to receive it in France. However my order was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they said it was a customs delay but they would send another pair if 5 days went by and I still didn't receive the glasses. After that customer service stopped responding to me. So no glasses or refund on the 180 euro transaction not including the duties.

Update: after lexxola read my review they finally followed up and offered to send a new pair of glasses if my order didn’t show up by end of week. Well my order never appeared and lexxola again stopped responding to me. Also the glasses I initially ordered are completely sold out. I would avoid buying from this company!

Another update: customer service only responds to me when I add my review to trustpilot. They offered to send me replacement glasses however they never gave me a ship date and stopped replying when I asked when the replacement will be shipped out. It’s inane this company will happily take your money but make it so difficult to get your order and will blatantly ignore you. They treat their customers like crap
