Customer service is non existent. On hold forever. 2 days later tried again, a recording said to send an email. The Superior 6000s worked for 1 & 1/2 years. Now shuts down with no water light on with 6 gallons of water in the reservoir. Do not buy this unit from Levoit!

On hold for 30 minutes, trying to get customer service now I give up. A company that is not available to support its products is of n value to me.

The air purifier usually works well and has some useful features. However, I accidentally rest my hand on one of the buttons and now it's reset the countdown for how long my filter has left, so now I have no idea when I'll need to replace it, which is a problem because replacing it too soon will be a waste of money and potentially send the message that their plan worked in the unlikely event that they did it on purpose, but replacing the filter too late could reduce the air purifier's efficacy. It would be useful for the app to be able to store the previous filters' data and how long they had left so I could switch back to the previous one if I accidentally pressed the "Done replacing filter" button on the air purifier. Alternatively, they should make it a physical button rather than a touchscreen so that accidentally touching it doesn't register as a press. Or make the button require a hard press rather than just a long press to reset it.
Also, I know about the Display Lock feature to disable the on-device buttons, but the problem is it's all-or-nothing and I can't enable/disable individual buttons, and I often use the on-device buttons to turn the display off or control the power.
It's possible that there's a way to get the data back in which case I'll modify the review.
But the AmazonBasics air purifiers seem like better value anyway.

My tower fan stopped working 14 months after purchase. I contacted the UK customer service email with my invoice and a video of the fault. I was in conversation with ‘Chem’ who was very responsive and got a new unit sent to me in 4 days. Obviously a bit concerned about the products quality (it may be a 1 off) but I can’t fault their customer service.

Terrible product. Air purifier died just a month after the 2 year extended warranty.

So I moved and lost the bottom cover plate to my pet core 350 that cost me 150.00 So I called to buy a cover. The Csr told me to put a piece of cardboard there it works just as good.they couldn’t send or sell me a part. Sounds like they need to up their training and service.

Compré un humidificador de la marca Levoit en enero del año pasado y al mes el sensor de la humedad se volvió loco. Tengo un termómetro digital y marca entre 37 y 42 grados de humedad en la habitación donde utilizo el aparato. Nunca empieza a funcionar con menos de 58 grados, y a los 10 minutos puede marcar 90 grados; la habitación tiene 24 metros cuadrados, el aparato está puesto en medio, encima de una mesita y vivo en un clima muy seco, de interior; y además el termómetro externo puede llegar a marcar un grado más... Es imposible utilizarlo en modo noche porque no se arranca, se cree que está en la "selva tropical", lo tengo que poner al mínimo fijo porque si no no funciona.
Hice la reclamación al servicio técnico. A la primera me dicen que grabe un vídeo, ¿¿¿de 10 minutos???, todo menos recoger el aparato y comprobarlo ellos. A la segunda me dieron largas directamente.
Ahora tiene otra pega más, y es que cuando le viene bien se le sale el agua...
Recomiendo no comprar jamás un aparato de esta marca, no pueden ser de peor calidad sus productos y su servicio técnico.

FIRE HAZARD

I bought a levoit air purifier in 2020. The LV PUR131. On 19 of November 2023 my apartment got on fire, everything was destroyed and I lost the life of my two cats. After a police investigation I was told my air purifier was the responsible for the fire. I immediately contacted levoit that gave my details to a law firm. They have been the worst of the worst, using shaming tactics and doing everything they can to not hold levoit responsible for what happened.

I can't express how terrible I feel and how bad all of this is. Anyhow I won't quit. I'll do all I can to hold levoit accountable for what they did to us.

Humidifier is the best is the extra large one it didn’t make the house feel extra comfortable I love it it works just fine it was easy to set up

I have bought Levoit purifiers before. They work extremely well but understandably for something that needs electricity, water and cleaning it is not beyond the realms of possibility that something might go wrong. Rare but possible. I have had one technical challenge and one missing remote control. On both occasions Levoit saw fit without question to provide a replacement unit and when one model was no longer in circulation, they sent a new and different model. This is unstinting customer service of the highest standards for which I am eternally grateful. I doubt I would shop elsewhere when it comes to humidifiers. Thank you Levoit!

This company has NO customer service. I had a several questions that weren't well explained in the (extremely long and daunting) user manual. Levoit's voicemail says that it can't handle phone calls due to high volume; it advises customers to send them an email, with their response expected within 48 hours. I emailed them on a Monday; no response whatsoever by Friday. Meanwhile I've decided its product doesn't function as claimed, so I'm going to return it.

Got the 400s purifier and humidifiers almost 3y ago.. very satisfied with the products.
Never got a problem with the app or the communication between the devices and my home assist!

I've been using a Levoit air purifier for the last 3 years and it has really helped the air quality in my bedroom. I live on a main road with many bus routes so the air isn't great and before getting my unit I was regularly having breathing related issues. It has greatly improved since using the purifier.

Recently I had an issue with my unit and "Chem" from the customer service team at Levoit was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I had no problem buying their Core 350P air purifier.

now I need a new filter and their website refuses to ship to me, stating shipping not available for selected address. Yet I receive shipments daily by purolator, Fedex, UPS and US Postal service and I do buy a lot from Amazon as well. In fact I have never had a seller that wouldn't ship to me, ever. their website states free freight. They could have said free air filter too because with an offer of free freight for a company that will not ship to you is actually false advertising. I have spent more than an hour to go out of my way to pay Levoit almost DOUBLE of what I can buy off brand replacement filters for my until right now from Amazon Canada and it will be delivered tomorrow. Their website says that Best Buy amazon and Walmart have I tin stock yet when I click on levity's link it states 'this domain is not registered under your client account. To register this domain, please contact your account manager. Unregistered domain'.

They I tried their chat support which they claim is absolutely amazing. Well .. I didn't think they bot they used was any more effective or polite or useful than other chat bots, but there certainly wasn't a human on the other end.

J'ai acheté un petit purificateur d'air car avec 1 chien et 2 chats...pas besoin de donner des détails. Une vrai merveille !!! Lorsque ma mère a eu un dégât a la maison, l'odeur persistait malgré tout alors je lui ai prêté mon purificateur qui a réglé le problème rapidement. Elle a été conquise par la qualité donc elle s'en est acheté un et moi un 2e !! Je recommande Levoit pour les purificateur d'air car les autres produits je ne pourrais vous dire sans es essayer.

Seemed to work well up until the warranty expired(2 years). All of a sudden like it was planned it quit working. Changed filters and won't restart. Not happy at all ! These are not cheap machines and I am also stuck with 2 sets of new filters for it. Will never buy LeVoit again and will steer people away from this expensive garbage. My old friend bought an air purifier. I steered him away from this company.

We purchased a unit from lavoit for almost $200 year and a half later it stopped working we've been waiting for over a month for a replacement and everything we're supposed to consider this before purchasing their product
