The booking process was good until…
The booking process was good until there was a misunderstanding as to the package I was booking. I had club access but no club room which didn't make sense. I would say clarify all points at booking stage before paying as in my experience, they became quite shirty which is unacceptable in a customer service role.

Great prices and service
Booked a holiday to the Maldives which was priced over £1000 cheaper than my other quotes. Went on the holiday and it was perfect with no issues whatsoever.

Friendliest service I've found
Friendly service and when I called their office, they weren't 'too busy' to take my call.
They took the time to talk through everything with me on the phone and sent my email confirmations to me quickly.
Also, should note that their local rep (Hummingbird travel) in Male were wonderful!
I would use letsgo2 again!

Was dubious at first when booking a holiday to the Maldives but needn't have worried. Very straightforward process and the cheapest price for the island we wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use them again.
