I found this service to be first class excellent customer service and guidance, friendly staff always keen to help and meet the requirments we had given them what can I say "Dose what it say's on the tin" and more I will defo be recommending this company to my partners and colleges.

Purchased the Evolis printer. We had a slight problem with the ribbon settings which was affecting the printing of personalisation onto our membership cards. It took a while to get hold of a loan printer, and I did not like the fact that we had to pay in full for a printer that we weren't sure would be suitable before we could even get a loan printer to be released. There was also slight delay with communication at Lesar's end between the sales office and despatch, which meant the loan printer did not arrive on the correct day, however our account manager worked very hard to get the situation resolved and I am pleased to say our printer has now been returned to us and appears to be working well.

Lewis Towers was very helpful. He arranged payment terms and swift delivery to ensure we received the product at the earliest possible date.

Would have been 5 star but took a day to get back to me :( I would still use Lesar as I have never had problems before :)

Very impressed with the service provided by Lesar. Next working day delivery and telephone call the following day to see if we needed help installing the printer or if we had any other problems. Would definitely recommend the company and will be using again to order further products in the future.
The printer itself is very easy to set up and use and will be perfect for our company needs.

I wanted to order just 100 Lanyards and plastic holders and visited a number of different companies websites, Lesar was the only one that was very easy to find what I wanted, know how much I was going to pay and how soon I would get the items delivered.
This is where things started to exceed expectations. The lead time on my order was 4 days so I was surprised when I got an email within a few hours saying my order would be with me the next day.
I received a number of emails notifying me of when my delivery was due and allowing me to track it, I even knew where the driver was and where I was on his list.
Following the delivery I received an email from the company and within an hour or so a courtesy call to check that I was happy with my order.
Most online ordering is impersonal, but Lesar have made this a very personal service and went way above and beyond my expectations.

This is our first order placed with Lesar. I dealt with Lewis, he was extremely helpful and very prompt in his responses.
Ashley called today (the day our goods were delivered) to ask if everything was ok with our order- you don't often receive that kind of service.
We'll certainly use Lesar again!!

From the onset Lesar helped with advice on product choice and spoke to me in terms I could understand.
They obviously know their products and client requirements.
Products arrive on schedule and their back up and after sales service has been excellent.
I cannot recommend them highly enough especially Chris Bristow who I had most dealings with.

The Lesar engineer was efficient and was able to install the system with the minimum of fuss. He talked through our requirements and was able to advise knowledgeably and appropriately.
