I was absolutely devastated to receive a caution after a minor family argument. It caused great upset and the other family member involved didn't want things to be taken that far. I’d contacted Legisia around October/November 2023 regarding removal of my cautions. This was a matter of urgency, and Matt along with his team were able to get the cautions removed by June 2024. I first got in touch with Matt in September 2022. I couldn’t bear the prospect of having a police caution on my record while embarking on a medical career; this one-off mistake had the potential to ruin my life as I knew it.
