Truely Brilliant Service
Snow covered country and massive postal backlogs across the country. I order a Leatherman Multi-tool for my daughter's Christmas present the Sunday before Christmas and ask for it to be engraved too.
The item arrived the following Tuesday.

I ordered a Leatherman Charge AL with an inscription as a Christmas gift for my son. Even with the postal disruption due to severe weather conditions the Leatherman arrived next working day as promised. Well done facewest.co.uk and well done Royal Mail.
P.S. My son was very pleased with his gift; it is now a permanent fixture on his belt when on duty.
