Superb service
Purchased the Leatherman Wave gift box with torch, with free engraving, item arrived within a few days well packaged. This is a gift for my dad's 70th birthday which I'm sure he will love. I've had a Leatherman Wave for the last 10 years and use it almost everyday so I know what a quality item this is.

All round excellent service
Purchased the Leatherman Wave in the gift box with torch. Website clear and helpful. Turn round time for despatch and delivery was very quick. Protective packaging excellent. Product looked exactly as described even down to the detail of the free engraving. If my husband doesn't like the Leatherman as his christmas present (why wouldn't he though?) I will use it in the garden.

Brilliant service and fast delivery
I was very impressed with the information on the website and how easy it was to order the item I wanted. My Leatherman arrived within a few days and in perfect condition, despite the adverse weather conditions and travel disruption.

from the extremely easy ordering right through to the delivery I found the complete service superb. Service as it should be

Incredible customer service!
Wrote a review about price being advertised on the received package lower than what I paid for it.
2 hours later, I got a phonecall from a customer service rep apologizing for the confusion and that they would refund the difference.
That is amazing customer service!!!
