Placing my order on line was straight forward. To avoid any ambiguity, the invoice detail included a photo, description, and cost of each item purchased. I was kept informed of the despatch date and a tracking number. A follow up by the Carrier informed me of the expected date of arrival including a time window. The goods arrived on the date and within the expected time slot. From ordering to arrival took two working days. The packaging and quality of the items were exactly as I expected.

My first purchase from Bexons is the 2015 diary for a Bridge Organiser.
I phoned to ask if the item was in stock yet as on the website the diary was showing 2014. I recommend anyone to give Bexons a call and you will receive the most courteous and helpful service. Fantastically quick service, just 24 hours from me submitting my order online to my parcels being delivered to me, at the opposite end of the country. The items also came very well packed, the parcels even had waterproof wrappings to protect against the weather etc. I couldn't be more delighted with both my purchases and the service I received. I chose Bexon's because they carried a great selection of The Bridge leather goods, something that I cannot get here in the states but had purchased in Florence, Italy. Their website was easy to negotiate and the products were very fully described and depicted. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. I had my purchase in a very short time in the states. Would definitely order again! there was a handwritten note on my packing slip that was a very nice personal touch! Thank you!!

I ordered a bag late on Sunday for an urgent Tuesday delivery. I had not realised that they did were open on the Monday but no matter Chris got in his car, went to his shop and the bag was dispatched on Monday and arrived the next day. Great customer service, great communications and the when it arrived a great product. Perfect 5 out of 5 from me.

Found a local store but decided to buy on line as delivery was free, was initially a good feeling to buy at an independent.
Delvery had some problems but good support from the vendor- again, nice to speak to a real person.
Subsequently frustrated to find the exact product much cheaper elsewhere online (more than 25%)- buyer beware of course but still not a great finish to know that I had paid over the odds.....local service is nice but in this case- one for the national sellers I'm afraid

I have been looking for Charlie Bear Soo Lee for a while. Typed the name in on a search and Bexons website popped up so placed my order on the Friday. Email received on the Saturday advised that my goods had been dispatched. On collection 2 days later, unfortunately I had to collect from the Post Office so my poor little bear had an extra day in a box so I have had to give her extra cuddles to compensate.
As promised I was kept informed at every stage and would heartily recommend .

i was looking to buy a refus charlie bear and when i saw the bexons web site decided to order my bear and i was glad i did from the quick confirmation of my order to the email to say my order was on its way even to my bear arriving sooner than i expected i was made up many thanks

Ordered my Charlie Bear on Friday, delivered Monday, well packaged. Was asked if I had a preference of bear from four photos online... She is beautiful. Would recommend this company.
