I had my lenses re-glazed. The process was very quick from ordering to delivery. Lensomania communicate with you every step of the way which is very helpful. It is also much cheaper than going through the High Street retailers for re-glazing or buying new frames.

The only improvement I would recommend is for Lensomania to look at their new access code system for accessing the invoice they send to customers. I was able to view my invoice using my Android phone but was not able to view it on my Android tablet or Microsoft Windows laptop using the code.

Nevertheless, I would definitely use Lensomania again for re-glazing my lenses and would recommend them to others.

I think this is my 6th order with Lensomania, and I still cannot speak highly enough of them. Karl is brilliant, always helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Every order has been smooth, reliable, and stress-free – even when you want something essentially bespoke such as changing the lens colour - and that kind of consistency builds real trust. Trired of having to buy new frames with each change of prescription I decided to use an on-line service to buy replacement lenses. Looking at the various web sites Lensomania offered the clearest pricing structure and simplest service. After posting my glasses and order for varifocal lenses I received an on-line quote matching the on-line price. Simple on-line payment and received my glasses within a few days. Excellent service.

Excellent service - Karl is efficient, polite and responsive to queries and requests. I can't fault the quality and service, and the price is a fraction what I'd have paid on the high street. Absolutely recommended.

Each time they come back with the new prescription lens just like a new pair of glasses.

Back in April I had a pair of varifocal were so perfecto had another pair which are light sensitive so darken automatically..
