Karl( i guess is the Manager/ owner of the business) is an amazing person. He was a good listener and considerate.
My old frame was broken into pieces, but he used his expertise to fix and delivered it in an amazing time

The service provided is fantastic- it's so easy to send your frames in the post. The communication was amazing and when I cheekily asked if I could get my frames back before my holiday there was no issues at all. Highly recommend!

I sent my sunglasses to Lensomania for a long-distance prescription, anti-glare polarised lenses, and a colour match to my original frames. Everything came back spot on – the colour is perfect and the lenses are amazing.
They also cleaned the glasses and they came back looking like new. Fantastic job all round!

Great Communications, from how to measure you eye distance with links. To quick turnaround and receiving back. Very happy, would recommend this service/company

Really good communications throughout. Plenty of advice if needed and absolutely no pressure. You send them your glasses free of charge and they will send you an estimate for whatever your lens request is.
They then return your glasses with Royal Mail 24hr delivery, which is pretty much overnight.
My second experience and has always been spot on.
