You'd better to take some maths…
You'd better to take some maths lessons! How'd you come to conclusion that 11/06/2021 to 15/06/2023 is 3 years? 2nd) I know I registered to take the test and I didn't turn up but why shouldn't I have access to the prerecorded videos that I've paid for? That's why I'm saying your T&Cs are not fair by putting limitations on the course which is only prerecorded videos and it's just about having access to them. 3rd) I can't even log in to my account!!!

The Reall EV Charging exam questions were completely different.
There is no chance to pass exam if you relie on this simulator.

Our EV Charging Exam Simulator follows the C&G syllabus and has similar questions, but not identical ones. That would be against C&G rules. This was clearly stated to you. You had the option to request a refund but chose not to, and you continued using the exam simulator. We are sorry that you failed your exam, and we wish you more success in the future.

I found that the course material was well explained and highly regarded independently when finding and studying your website. The ordering/purchasing process was very easy and effective, it gave me all I needed to sign-on and start the course. The course tutor’s contact details were supplied to me promptly by email with all advisory details. It gave me a great sense of confidence and satisfaction with the whole process. I’m now 30% into the course itself and I’m completely satisfied with my experience so far. PS The price point was good value and I anticipate using you again.

Good course for passing the exam, some better explanation of rules to aid understanding would help, although this is probably true for all wiring regs courses.

18th Edition Amendment 2 Course
Easy to follow course and well presented by the trainer. The only reason I didn't give full marks is that in the exam simulator I had two questions that I couldn't find the answer for and I looked for a long time. When I submitted the answers it tells you the reference to find the answer in the book for questions that were wrong and the reference specified didn't exist in the book. Overall a well presented course.
