Had the same issue as many others.
The battery is clearly faulty on the parent screen to go with my camera. Only used for 6 months but due to being over the 12-month warranty, Ive been told that they will do nothing.
I can't repair to my phone. So it's completely useless!

Unhelpful customer service. Our baby monitor is dead (except for a charging light when it's plugged on). The lady in customer service would do absolutely nothing to help (except say sorry) as it is 16 months old and not therefore within the 12 month warranty. Surprised/disappointed they had no interest in trying to help a customer.

Poor customer service and build quality of product!

We purchased the 5inch baby monitor costing us £250, after a year the monitor screen was intermittently switching on and off.

We called customer service only to find out there's nothing they can do as its outside warranty, with no repair or replacement offered. Clearly you don't know your product to even understand what the issue might be. You are an American big giant in this industry how is your build quality and more importantly customer service poor!

Iv been told my complaint will be taken to a manager, I heavily doubt anything would happen as I have had to call in 4 times to get a resolution.

Avoid !!!!

Terrible company, no support, updates are 8 steps. Ridiculous, should be an update button. Runs really slow to the point where it can't be used. Do not buy

Customer service was poor. I purchased the My Pal Violet for my daughter for Christmas. They wouldn't replace the item when they couldn't help me personalize it. They said they went through their troubleshooting protocol and it was faulty. Not my fault. They said there was nothing more they could do. Never got to give it to my daughter for Christmas. They said they couldn't replace the item.

Absolutely waist of money.... I cannot use the leapfrog as most laptop are under chrome now. But you cannot use it with Chrome!!! What a joke. I will never buy anything else from them. This is a scam!! This is my birthday son today and I can't even use his gift!!! Thank you for ruining my son's birthday.

We had the LeapFrog LF915HD 5inch PTZ Video Baby Monitor for a bit over a year and it worked nicely, minus a few frustrating things. However, our 1 year-old baby has been a bit rough with it and the antenna came off, though wires are still connected, and the stand broke. For the last few days, the signal has been very weak and disconnecting all the time.
The warranty is for 1 year, so we definitely passed that but I was hoping we can fix it and pay for the service. However, there is no service outside of the warranty and the customer service advises to buy a new one. I am very disappointed with such response. They don't sell the monitor separately and they do not offer service. Not even an option to return the broken one and pay less for a replacement, which I would expect from such a big company. No sense of the environment or recycling. They basically say, throw it out and replace it.
I will have to buy a new one but it will definitely not be a leapfrog.

Absolutely useless customer services. I was gifted the leapstart 3D and it didnt come with the data cable. and so I had no idea if it was a C/D etc cable. tried to goggle but no use. called the team and they just said.. dont know . keep trying different cables and buy a few to see which ones work!! yeha right. like I've got the money and time to just keep buying a cables in hope that it works. I asked if the manual had any clarity and she clealy couldnt be bothered to try and look/help! rude and lazy!

Customer Service team could not have been less helpful if they tried - genuinely "Computer says no". No consideration for the environment in terms of suggesting a repair. Would advise folks against Leap Frog products.

Never buy a leap frog product! You will never be able to get a hold of them for a simple question! You can't call them, they require you to enter product info and if your label has been damaged (who's hasn't we got kids) you can't get through. Forget about email, theyake you fill out a form and I would have to lessen my online security protocols just to submit a form! You can't email them. So I'll leave a review! Don't ever buy a leap frog product! Ever!

Worst customer service ever absolute joke. Product broke within 1 week and customer service keep trying to fob me off. Will never buy anything from them again and will tell all our parent groups how awful the company and products are

Utterly useless. Bought two sets and 8 books for my two children. Had to create accounts, download software, "intsall" audio and the useless devices still do not work. Annoying voice tells you to install books you have installed, and the devices only hold 3 books anyway. I do not have time to uninstall and reinstall boojs to devices with a tiny memory. Huge waste of 100s of pounds. Seriously spend your money somewhere else, and give your kids a box of rocks for the same learning experience

Customer service is very unprofessional and lied for 2 years about my email address, not being the ones used in the academy accounts, taking 2 years of additional payments from my bank account. Finally, after many emails and contacting my credit card company to make a complaint, they had to refund 1 payment back but what an absolute disgrace.. how many more people are they doing this with

I bought a alphabet biscuit game for my grandson for Christmas, he seemed to like it but I was disappointed to find it had 2 b’s in the box but no h. I emailed the company to see if they could easily rectify this. I sent a photo to prove what I saying.
Their reply was to return the product to the retailer as my contract is with them. Which I will return it but I won’t be buying any of their products again.
Customer service is none existent. Disgraceful company. I would have happily sent the extra b if they would have sent the h to me

Brought a leapfrog book reader for my son for Christmas on amazon. I struggled to download the extra content on a tablet then saw it needed to be done on a computer. Unfortunately I only had access to a chrome device. Rang customer service and the lady was unbelievably rude. I rang to ask how I could download and all she had to say was its amazon's problem and nothing she could do. I was asking about a product made by the company she works for. I am absolutely apauled and after the awful 'customer service' I received I will never buy a leapfrog product again and will be telling everyone to stay clear of this company.

Bought a leapfrog ice cream cart from Smyths in October for my granddaughter for Christmas. I assembled it on Christmas Eve - big mistake because the push handle, canopy and awning could not and would never have fitted. The manufacure was faulty. I tried to find another one to purchase near me so I could return the faulty one (although who was to say the new one was any better) and no joy. So I looked online and others had had the same problem - I wanted to give my granddaughter her pressie so I tried glueing - no - the joints were very loose so ended up with blue tack. Shoddy, shoddy goods - should have returned and would have had I tried putting it together earlier. Lesson learned - will not buy leapfrog shoddy goods again.

Bought a baby monitor from Leap Frog. Firstly it came without a charger for the parent viewing unit. Reply from customer service took days. With a newborn, that is a very long time to wait so we purchased a charger separately as we could wait no longer for the reply.

It worked ok for a few months and then we started experiencing connectivity issues. Finally the camera went offline and would not connect again. When flagged with CS we again were made to wait days for a reply until I followed up with a very disappointed email. Their reply was utterly unhelpful saying the product can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced. Conveniently our warranty ran out just in time. Will never ever be purchasing LeapFrog products again. I’ve never been this disappointed with a purchase in my life

Customer service was very poor. Couldn't answer any basic questions about the product. Phone multiple times, given different answers each time. I still have no idea which monitor works with apps and which monitor rotates. Why can't customer service answer these questions?

Customer service wasn’t helpful with a fault with a pen on their globe toy. We bought this a while ago but only used this a couple of times the pen broke and I contacted leapfrog the told to buy another one. And that is was over a 1 year old and when mentioned the consumer act 2015 they said I have to take it up with seller not them shocking.

Have always loved leapfrog ❤️ but..
I do however find it hard to get some books for my leep start It's really all you buy it and then they make a new one. That's the only thing that I'm not so keen on but it was a brilliant project that my son loved and we managed to get some second hand books to fit it..

Thank you so much for bringing out leapreeder reader so much cheaper and easier then tonnis story's we absolutely love books and still like the idea of actually having books, but it's just so hard to be having someone just some built-in stories to help my child sleep with such a terrible sleeper and hard to get to sleep this is just burning out a little bit babyish not sure why it says till 8 years old but if it does the trick I'm game for anything.. I had a couple of nights and it's brilliant...

The baby toy running for my son was little was brilliant and our leap tab was a much love. Favorite Even now but he has Amazon kids tablet still a go to for car journeys ❤️
