Fantastic communication and service.
Although I live in Essex this is the first time I have bought from LCE. I pre-ordered the new Sony a7 V and it arrived sooner than expected. Communication was fantastic with Lauren & I picked the camera up in person at their Colchester branch. Used it the day after for a filming job for the BBC.
I have decided to purchase equipment from more local businesses and plan to continue to do so with LCE Colchester. I urge other photographers to do the same and buy from their local LCE branch.

The branch in Colchester were really helpful letting me try various makes and models of Binoculars back in August. I found the pair I liked but they were slightly out of my budget. On Cyber Monday I checked out the website and they were reduced. Purchasing them and delivery was was easy and swift. Thanks to the lovely helpful staff at Colchester was the reason why I wanted to purchase the item from London Camera Exchange.

Easy purchase and great conditon scope
Easy online purchase and the spotting scope I purchased was importantly accuartely described, with regard to its 'used condition'. It was in excellant in regard of the lens and body condition. Postage was also speedy. Happy customer!

I had a wonderful experience! I signed up for the availability notification, and when the product I wanted arrived, I received an email with a fantastic bundle offer that I couldn’t resist. The parcel was sent the same day and arrived the next. Everything was packaged very well. I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be keen to use this shop again in the future.

Great Service!
I purchased a Sony A6700 from the Colchester branch of LCE. I found the staff there very friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a great trade in on my used gear. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for quality service and advice.

I bought a camera about 8 years ago and the firmware was out of date. I took it in and they could not have been more helpful. Fantastic service, thank you. I can’t believe that you didn’t charge me and that you would not except any money, was not expecting that. Thank you and I will be back to update my camera.
