I ordered a very reasonably priced second hand tamron lense from this branch online.
Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the camera to the wrong address so called the store where I was given some great customer assistance from Alex. He requested a refund for me and then sent me a unique link to reorder the lense.

Bought a few items over the years and always been spot on, the last purchase left me a bit disappointed by the item condition. Wear to the front rim of the lens so the plastic is white instead of black, this is from a filter used by previous owner and the lens arrived very dusty/unclean. Paid a premium price for a not as described item.

So knowledgeable went through all of our needs show me the three Lenses I was interested in and the camera a Canon R7, was very patient and I never felt silly at any point asking some questions I was ensure about he definitely a credit to the company. thank you so so much, Alex.

They managed to find the time on a busy Saturday afternoon to remove a rear lens cap that was stuck on my canon FD 28mm - and they didn’t charge me! Excellent customer service - I’ve bought from them before and will do so again.

The website is easy to navigate, plenty of selection too.
I find I can buy with confidence because the items are often better than described.
