Excellent experience with LawPay. Instant customer service, incredibly helpful and useful web interface. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We're happy with the ability to collect payments online and to have a link on our website. The service fees are less than many other credit platforms. However, we're not pleased with the "pay over time" aspect from Affirm. We've yet to have a client get approved for it, so we're not collecting the full fee upfront and still working on payment plans ourselves. Affirms standards seem to be a little high.

After spending 5 years as a judicial staff attorney in Florida and then 15 years at Westlaw (now Thomson Reuters) where I spent the early part of my legal career migrating attorneys from print to online to cloud environments, I launched my own practice in 2019 only to have to shut it down due to COVID. I was very reluctant to start my practice over again primarily because my time spent as a solo practitioner was met with serious challenges, with the most notable being getting paid.

However, the Florida Bar's membership program discounts led me to Law Pay where I sought to verify the Bar's ringing endorsement of Law Pay's services. After a demo of Law Pay's functionality with one of its account managers who kept things extremely professional yet refreshingly casual, I can honestly say that of all the solutions available to assist attorneys with their practices, Law Pay's seamless and intuitive offerings have been the most encouraging part of starting my practice over again, and I can't wait to jump back in.

I like the fact that when I call customer service, I can get a live person relatively quickly who I can understand, and they can answer my questions. I have used other similar platforms in the past and I have experienced very long wait times and the customer service person was hard to understand.

Could Use Improvement on Affirm Credit.
No one bothered to explain that when client's apply to finance their legal fees, if they are approved, they are asked to pay a large down payment. If they had that large down payment to make, they'd just pay it toward their legal fees. We do love the automatic scheduling option for recurring payments.

My experience with LawPay has been exceptional. It was easy to join. Payments through debit and credit cards have been processed promptly. My CSR person Bobby Bookout answered all of my questions.
I am very pleased with everything.

We just started using Law Paw recently. It has been great so far! As soon as the payment is made, we receive an email notification which is essential. Everything working well so far.

Sean Womack and the team at LawPay has been outstanding. They answer our questions promptly and address our concerns. LawPay (usually) picks up the phone on the second or third ring, which we really appreciate. It's refreshing to be able to speak with a real, live competent human being instead of an automated system / answering machine.

Thus far, I am very pleased with LawPay. I have had no significant problems learning to use it, and on those occasions when I needed support, I was very pleased with that experience, particularly the fact that when I called the support line number, it was immediately answered by a support staff representative who, on each such occasion, quickly responded to my question or quickly assisted me with resolution of the issue I called about, in marked contrast to the typical situation in which a person calling a support line has to work their way through a voicemail system, or wait on hold for a lengthy period of time.

I love LawPay and have already recommended it to many skeptical colleagues. I also feel so strongly about the company, that I would love to work for them since it is a top-notch company! I do not know what took me so long to get it! I do, however, wish that the app could perform all functions that the website does. I, also, cannot wait until ClientCare launches. Oh, and the free CLE is awesome!
