I would recommend Blacks. Will and Charlotte in particular were really helpful, professional and speedy regarding a remortgage. So much so I have put more business their way.

As a first-time buyer, I was naturally quite nervous about the process. A colleague recommended Will Ashton to me, having used him several times for their own properties.

From start to finish, Will made the entire experience feel straightforward and manageable. As everything was new to me, I had a lot of questions along the way, and he was always incredibly patient, taking the time to explain things clearly and reassure me whenever I felt unsure.

He has been very communicative throughout and consistently supportive, which made a big difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.

This was a joint instruction as part of a re-mortgage. In my experience the service in such a scenario is generally not good as the mortgage company is the de-factor customer but absolutely not the case here. Very clear and timely communication and the one time I had to call for a clarification, the solicitor dealing with my case was off the desk, but another solicitor dealt with my query on the call. I would definitely recommend Blacks Solicitors based on my experience and will instruct them in the future.
