Pillows are not Dunopillows, this is a Thailand company and not shipped from the U.K. a total waste of £54. I have no idea what is in this but I have awoken with my face covered in a rash. The pillow itself is not UK size, it’s much smaller, so also doesn’t fit the pillow case. Stay clear

So, I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews on here, however, I was reassured by the customer service team that the pillow would be fine.
It’s arrived and my daughter is very happy with it. When she initially opened it, it did look tiny, but when she released it from its vacuum packaging and ‘whacked it a few times’ it became average pillow size. There is no smell whatsoever and it’s very comfortable.

*PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS**

Awful company who:

- Are not UK based (don’t let the Union Jack flag trick you). This means any returns are extortionate (if they even accept them)
- Truly AWFUL customer service. They are very rude and u helpful. Once they have your money they really don’t care!
- The dimensions of the pillows do not match the ones on the website, meaning they don’t fit properly in the pillow case (again, they do not care about this)
- Returns have to be sent tracked and out of the UK. This is at your own cost!

This company intentionally makes it hard for you to raise a complaint, get replacements or issue refunds. Please save yourself the headache and buy from elsewhere. It may be slightly more expensive to do that, but the quality and process will be worth it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is poor and the standard pillow does not fill a pillow case. The customer service team are sarcastic in their response and demand a tracked return to outside of the UK to get a refund.

I was hesitant to invest in a latex pillow with them being more expensive than a regular pillow. But now that I have this one I will never go back. It is incredibly comfortable and has made a huge difference in how well rested I feel each morning.

I've always struggled to find a pillow that's just the right thickness, but this one is perfect. It conforms to my neck and head in a way that no other pillow has. The latex is soft but supportive and great value for money.

What a load of rubbish, turned up under size they stated then smell so badly you can’t use them,.also a big con there not uk based like you’d think from what there page shows you, it’s from Thailand so when you need to return as not what you’d expected it will cost you over £35 plus on top of that they will take another %15 restocking fee please be carful this is not someone you should buy from ever its a scam

Going by the name you would imagine that the shop is based in the UK...Well no, the pillow came from Thailand. The pillow was not as expected, it was tiny and had no support whatsoever. When going to return it, that when I discovered where the pillow was shipped from. The pillow cost £54 sterling, £26 to return and because I never read the returns' policy, they take a further £15. A total rip off, I will make sure never to make that mistake again and insure I read all the information from where the company is actually based as the name of this company is very misleading, to the returns information, to reviews

My wife who is a pensioner purchased one of their pillows unfortunately it was not as good as was advertised.She enquired about sending it back within her 30 days allowed and was told to send it to Thailand at our expense plus a £15 handling fee so beware of returning items.

Purchased 2 low profile latex pillows. Stated height was 7cm. They would be lucky to be 4 cm. Made in Thailand but that's fine by me. Though Thailand has the same metric measurement system as Australia it seems that accuracy of sizes does not count. So what is the reason ?

Terrible company, dishonest, thought it was an Irish company until I was charged import duty, latex pillow costing €59 arrived and it was child sized, I wanted to return it and was informed I would have to pay a non refundable €19 shipping and handling fee. Avoid at all costs, very mis-leading website and contact details.

This company is misleading their customers into believing they're a British company when in fact they're Thai. I received a poor quality, defective pillow which I was then told I would have to pay to return this item, tracked to Thailand. When they state on their website 'Buyer Protection - Refund and keep items if not as described' they are outright lying because they are refusing to do so. I'm having to try and get a refund from my bank. Save yourself the hassle and stress and avoid.

Do not use Latex Pillow Shop. PayPal have refunded my money today after upholding my claim. This process took 2 months. Latex Pillow Shop is based in Thailand and pose as British. My order arrived and the pillows were undersized, misshapen, uneven and lumpy. I complained and asked for a refund. Latex Pillow Shop tried to get me to accept replacements that would be ‘different’. When I refused Latex Pillow Shop then asked for the pillows to be returned to a residential address in Birmingham. I refused to pay for returning the pillows given that initially Latex Pillow Shop hadn’t asked for them back when trying to get me to accept ‘different’ replacements. I initiated a claim with PayPal and then Latex Pillow Shop insisted on me returning the pillows to Thailand at my cost. Because I didn’t do that, the robot resolution service at PayPal awarded the claim to Latex Pillow Shop. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got through by telephone and the agent refunded me. Save yourself the hassle and stress. Buy the proper product from Reylon. Using Latex Pillow Shop is false economy and you may not get a refund for these rejects Latex Pillow Shop are selling.

I only came across these poor reviews today whilst waiting for my pillow to arrive. Obviously I was very upset and worried. However, my parcel has just been delivered and I am delighted with it. Unlike some reviews on here my latex pillow came in a cotton cover and after releasing it from the vacuum packaging it puffed up to a full sized pillow. I am genuinely surprised and delighted.

Just like most of the reviews avoid this ghost company at all costs.
I paid £47.00 and received a low quality item.
You can send it back but will lose most of your money due to shipping back to Thailand. In short I would say it's a scam.

AVOID!! Yet another dissatisfied customer of this company pretending to be British. I placed 2 orders for 2 pillows,one order was fine but the second contained one firm pillow and the other very soft and floppy,very different qualities. I have sent 2 emails and not had the courtesy of a reply,yet another example of the very poor customer service. AVOID!!

okay so while they appear to be a British company there are indications they're not...the phone number is a giveaway. So I ordered a pillow THEN looked here and all your reviews had me panicked.

But...

The pillow arrived quicker that stated and after following the instructions (which clearly some of you below didn't), the vacuum packed pillow turns out to be just as good as another latex pillow I own. Very happy with it!

Misleading information website promoting UK business, presence, product not fit for purpose and or as described!

Ordered 2 latex pillows expected quality as per website image however received 2 cheaply packaged lumps of latex (no covers) from Bankok!!! Hmmm……why would anyone order pillows shipped half way around world when available here in the UK!!! 🙈🥺

If feasible would minus all stars!!
