I received my product I'm the specified time

Very disappointed. I ordered a funko pop doll for my wife's birthday and paid 35 dollars extra for expedited 5 day shipping. Over 2 weeks and no movement no correspondence and no refund. Comes from Australia from the other side of the world. This is most likely a scam. 54 bucks for a funko pop which is way too much money and they decided to take the money and keep my wife's gift. Great job aussies!

Quality products; however after some shopping [browsing and comparing after the fact), other sellers sold the same product for cheaper. Huge delay for shipping and shipping cost is hefty too as well. Other sellers shipped quicker: Amazon, eBay, tcg, or the actual Square Enix store. Still grateful that package actually came.

This puzzle came to late for a Christmas or birthday in January it just took to long to get it. I finally found it at signals.com in late December and it was delivered in January. Sorry I can’t use it now and hope I can get a refund. Thank you. Sandra Miller

The items came in perfect condition and I live in the United States and they came from Australia! The price was great. In the U.S. they charge double, so I bought 2 instead from this website. I had to communicate with customer service about the order and they answered me very quickly. I love the product and the website!

I am highly NOT recommending to deal with this so called Company. I ordered thru Kogan a VHS to USB converter which was faulty with a record button. I sent it back to LatestBuy and they replaced the faulty item with a new one. The new item I received was exactly in the same condition as the previous one...faulty with a recording button. It looked like someone just re-packed the old converter within the new plastic bag and placed in a new box. Frustrated with a second and also faulty prodict I sent it back to LatestBuy and when I contacted them and told via email that I did so, they replayed to me saying they will return my money back with no replacement of the faulty item. Very NON PROFESSIONAL to serve the frustrated customer. So, guys DO NOT BUY anything from this greedy so called Company. They are not worth for leaving even a bad comment here.

The product i received was exactly as advertised and arrived expediently.

Everything else was good service delivery.

Ad oggi no ho ancora ricevuto nulla!!! Io continuo a scrivere e chiedere notizie e mi viene risposto di avere pazienza che ci sono ritardi nella spedizione. L’ultima data di consegna indicata risultava essere il 4 dicembre, oggi ho chiesto informazioni e mi è stato risposto di avere ancora pazienza 1-2 settimane!! Ma stiamo scherzando questo non è un buon servizio ma direi proprio una truffa!!!

Ordered a present for my granddaughter, I ordered it on 3 October and it was delivered today 15 October. I might mention I live in Ireland and this is excellent service, present arrived in perfect condition and we are delighted with the service.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this company. I placed an order for Father's Day gifts the Saturday 8 days before and paid for 2 days shipping, what should have been plenty of time. On the Thursday they advise me that one item is out of stock do I want the rest of the ordered sent, um yes that would have been nice but it's now too late for the ordered to arrive on time, if they had've advised me on the Monday or Tuesday then that wouldn't have been a drama but instead they decided to ruin Father's Day, thanks Latest Buy.

I ordered a few products on-line with this company just before the weekend, and I have already received them. The quality is exactly as (high) as expected and I even received a gift card valued approximately the same as my order. I am very satisfied with this transaction and can only recommend this company to others!
