Here's a funny story. I was waiting for delivery of my soon to be half gallon mug when I got an email from LatestBuy. It stated the the item had landed in New Zealand and would be delivered soon. On further inspection I noticed that I had put down the wrong address by 2 numbers. Needless to say it was delivered to my neighbours address (The one I had written down), and they spent the next 3 day's tracking me down to deliver my mug... 😂

Thanks LatestBuy for this epic mug... I truly now have only one cup of coffee (sometimes tea), per day... 🤣

Absolute disgrace 1 tub of scentos for £17 beware . Will not be using this company again

At first I was not sure about the company as I was ordering a large amount of product from over seas. After spending thousands I received my tracking but it was in Russian and was a little scared that I was scammed. After a couple of emails I was given the correct link and was able to track my packages. I received them slowly which was from customs not the company and the last two boxes received ended up having damaged items. I was shocked that I was taken care of so quickly and refunded my for her damaged items. I would buy from again

The product is in good condition and the price was comparable to other sites. The downside was the condition of the box came damaged and ripped. Also there was an extreme delay in receiving it, with very little notification and no contact. I did send an email and never got a response. I really thought I had been scammed, so I was very pleased when I found it on my porch.

Very expensive products and misleading pictures- I thought we were purchasing 4 toys instead of two. And the quality of products is poor. It ruined in two weeks of playing.

I placed my order 2 months ago and haven’t received it. I tried emailing them a week ago and haven’t even gotten a reply. No idea what’s going on with my order.

Excellent product and it came relatively fast considering covid and all, only issue was the boxes were a little damaged but that was probably the mailmen not the company. Overall excellent product :)

I ordered a Funko pop doll in November 2021 through Fruugo with Latestbuy as a reseller, and recieved a tracking email without any tracking number or a functioning link. The order is supposed to arrive tomorrow to Sweden. Since I didnt recieve any information, I did some research on my own and found a tracking device for australian parcels. It said "pending", meaning that my order is not even shipped from australia?

Easy to use their web site they were quick to send me notices and quick to send my items

Overall great experience. But shipment stuck in customs with customs saying import fees havent been paid, even though I paid them to lastbuy in advance. But the shipment missed the paperwork proving that. When telling latestbuy about it, the issue was resolved quickly. Great! Thank you.

I've always liked and trusted these people.Used to go to their warehouse days... they couldn't have been nicer.
