Lovely staff both night and day staff were amazing the room could of been a bit cleaner few stains on walls but for price guess you can’t complain lol

I’ve checked your booking, and it was made under a non-refundable policy set directly by the property. With this type of booking the hotel doesn’t allow refunds once the reservation is confirmed, even if the cancellation is immediate.
I completely understand how disappointing that must feel, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Received confirmation from LateRooms.com and the hotel. For some reason I couldn't pay online. Called the hotel and spoke to a school girl who told me that the hotel was already fully booked for my chosen dates. She said she would make a note and get the owner to call me. No phone call was made. Is this site a scam?

Very noisy place between the hours of…
Very noisy place between the hours of midnight - 2 am, and 6am -9am. Hence not ideal if you on holiday. But other than that, it’s a lovely place. Very clean and ventilated.

The booking process was terrible; I thought I was being scammed. When that happened, I immediately canceled the reservation. I will never use this platform again.

Cancelled less than 2weeks trip
Less than 2weeks before our London trip our apartment was cancelled with no explanation. Now we left waiting for a refund along with having to find somewhere else to stay. Will never use this website again.
