The flight was cancelled by Lufthansa over a month ago. We were not notified by lastminute at all — we only found out directly from the airline.
Lufthansa confirmed that the flight was cancelled and that the refund has already been processed on their side.
Despite multiple attempts to contact lastminute (including emails), we have received no response and no refund.
This is very concerning — both the lack of communication and the delay in transferring funds that were already refunded by the airline.
Happy to update this review if the issue is resolved promptly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lastminute. It is extremely difficult to contact them. They do not answer emails and they do not answer phone calls, which makes the company seem unreliable and almost fictitious.
We booked a holiday to Montenegro for May through Lastminute, with flights operated by Israir. We have confirmed booking documents for both myself and my partner, yet to our surprise we received a notification that our return flight to Israel had been cancelled.
This makes no sense, especially since the booking was already confirmed and the outbound flight was not cancelled. We have received no proper explanation, no real customer service, and no urgent assistance despite repeated attempts to contact the company.
A travel company that takes payment from customers must also provide proper support and clear answers when serious problems arise. Cancelling only the return flight without a reasonable explanation or immediate solution is unacceptable and has caused us stress and uncertainty.

I bought a flex option ; I´me naïve, I thought it would allow me to change my reservation or get refund. Reality is the opposite. They answer after 2 weeks, and only waste your time in order to keep your money

This company is an absolute scam. They have essentially stolen 1600$ from me. No phoneline, no customer service, no email response. They were happy to answer my emails when I bought a ticket - but now that my flight was cancelled and I am owed a refund, they have gone silent. It's been over a week with no response to daily emails and phone calls.

Unacceptable Response During Time-Sensitive Situation
My flight was cancelled just a few weeks before departure, and I received an urgent email from the agency instructing me to immediately accept a changed route or cancel — without clearly explaining my options or alternatives. Since I didn’t understand what rights or choices I had, I tried contacting them for clarification. I received no meaningful assistance.
More recently, the airline informed me that due to the war, I am entitled to change my flight free of charge — but the change must be processed through the agency. I have now attempted to contact them three separate times with no response.
This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No communication, no support, and no accountability during a stressful situation. Absolutely not worth the price or the frustration.

I booked flight tickets for myself and my wife to celebrate our first pregnancy in Romania. Unfortunately, this did not happen because my father was admitted to the hospital in a very serious condition, suffering from severe heart failure with pulmonary edema.
Therefore, we decided to cancel the flight tickets. We had also paid extra for the option of cancellation with a full refund. We canceled the tickets five days before the flight. The total cost of the tickets was €435.
They want to give me in return voucher less than half the price , 206€.
They stolen from me 229€.
Despite repeatedly explaining the situation to the airline and informing them in detail about my father’s critical medical condition and the reason for the cancellation, and despite clearly stating that we had paid extra specifically for cancellation and a full refund, I was rejected.
They ignored me completely. Their behavior is inhumane, disgusting, cowardly, dishonest, and deceptive. They are thieves who take money from each and every one of us. This is the most unrecommended airline. Their conduct is unacceptable, they do not treat customers as human beings, and complaints should be filed against them globally, to the point of shutting the company down.

Now why open a ticket office without a receptionist?. This office put you on hold for a life time like no other tourism company.From the moment I bought tickets from them I had a rough start. They said my flight was not confirmed by the air lines and I had to pay them extra 35$ per person. My problem doesn't stop here I bought 4 tickets from them without them asking for a scanned ID of the passengers and which led to alphabetical error in one of the names on the ticket and such minor problems are additional income for lastminute. I have addressed the mistake and started the wait of my time,you can imagine the stress as the day goes by without an answer and your flight day approaching. Somehow someday got the access to talk to one of the employee by "email" and explained the situation.Their first reply was they can not fix this and that I should contact the airlines and the airlines pass me back to them.I know something is fishy,they the one's selling me the ticket,what it has to do with the airlines.Another waiting time for a reply 🙄 🙄. We purchased tickets from Lastminute over two weeks ago, and I immediately noticed that one of the passenger names was missing a single letter. I contacted the company right after placing the order, but received no response. Since then, I’ve been reaching out multiple times a day — through email, messages, and every possible channel — yet they completely ignore all communication.
To make matters worse, I’ve already received the flight tickets for the outbound flight (through one airline) and the return flight (through a different agency, which is very strange and confusing). When I contacted the airline directly, they informed me that since the booking was made via an agent, they cannot correct the name error.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. There is absolutely no customer service, no support, and no accountability.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Lastminute — they take your money and disappear.

We purchased three tickets to Lagos at a price that was reasonable. The tickets were approved and the credit card was approved, along with the email confirmation that was received. Later during the day we received an email demanding an extra $72 per ticket in order for the tickets to be valid. This is after they approved the purchase at the price advertised.

Exceptional incompetence and no user friendly interface
Lastminute.com is one of the most frustrating, unhelpful booking services I have ever used. I urgently needed to change my flight and contacted them multiple times well in advance, but they simply ignored my messages. Their system is NOT user-friendly — there’s no proper way to manage a booking, no direct contact number that actually works, and they take DAYS (if at all) to respond to urgent requests.
Even after trying different credit cards, their website kept declining valid payments for changes. Meanwhile, time is running out on my travel plans, and they’ve offered no support. For a company handling international flights and thousands of shekels/dollars from customers, this level of negligence is unacceptable.
If you care about reliability and customer service, stay far away from Lastminute.com. They do not prioritize customers, and you will be left stranded with no assistance.
