Well I scheduled my appointment with Alex for 7pm on October 31, which is obviously Halloween. Broke off from my wife and kids to complete the 20 minute initial phone call and never received it. I received the emails and text messages confirming this call, but never the actual thing. I did get an email today, however, thanking me for being on that call? I was looking forward to working with this company too.

Alex is awesome, he was patient with me and all my questions! Also Courtney was more focused on treating me as a young patient and not throwing the whole TRT book at me. Other places like Harely Meds didn’t know blood work at all. They completely missed my Free T being non existent while my total was 700 plus! I start treatment next Friday and I’m excited
